Slowly but steadily over many decades now I have watched the unfolding plan to take America down.
I watched as we were whipped and driven to accept fewer and fewer liberties, less and less freedom, as our Constitutional RIGHTS have been chiseled away, STOLEN, degraded and defecated on by those we have 'elected', and elected, and elected, time after time, despite their immorality, despite their negligence, despite their continual march to tyrannical dominance over WE, THE PEOPLE.

I have spoken out, I have protested, I have voiced my outrage, I have engaged the enemy of my NATION right here on its own soil time after time, for HERE, RIGHT HERE. we stand face-to-face with our GREATEST ENEMY.

We've been told down through time who our enemies were, who they are, who they MAY be tomorrow, and most of the time THOSE WHO NAMED THE ENEMIES LIED!

Because my father, uncles, and my maternal grandfather had all been "watchers on the wall", I became one as well.

Long have we had those withering 'carrots' of 'rewards for our patriotism' dangled before us as we trudged along the paths laid out FOR us by our ill-intentioned 'leaders', our politicians, our 'strategists', our bankers and economic 'experts', our 'social reformers', even our 'educators', but if you look around, if you REALLY look, what have we to show for our compliance, our naivete, our blind following of the Judas Goats who have led us in the paths of destruction for THEIR names' sake?

Are YOU 'better off' now than your grandparents were, and let us NOT judge that by MONEY, NO!

-- After an 11-year battle with the state of Oregon, in 2012 landowner Gary Harrington was found guilty under a 1925 law and sentenced to spend 30 days in jail for collecting rainwater in three so-called “illegal reservoirs” despite the fact that they were on his private property. To state officials, Harrington is a serial water thief. Water resources officials say his "rights" are clear: He cannot store water without a permit, and he does not have a permit.

-- In 2011, Oak Park, Michigan resident Julie Bass faced jail time for the crime of growing a “vegetable garden in front yard space.” 

"Michelle Obama plants vegetables on the White House front lawn. I don't think the jury is going to think that it's suitable for the White House, but not suitable for Oak Park," said Bass' attorney Solomon Radner. 

Radner also pointed to an exception listed in the city ordinance that specifically ALLOWS vegetable gardens: "Exempted from the provisions of this article, inclusive, are flower gardens, plots of shrubbery, vegetable gardens and small grain plots."

-The SAME thing happened to Jason Helvenston in late 2012 in Orlando, Florida!
To supplement his family's food needs, he planted a garden in his front yard.

In Ferguson, Mo., a stay-at-home father was ordered to dig up his 55 varieties of edible plants.

In Tulsa, Okla., a gardener who didn’t want to remove her veggies and medicinal herbs saw them largely cleared by the city.

One man paid for his need to grow his own food with his LIFE!
The story begins back in 2009 when Andrew Wordes, otherwise known as the Roswell Chicken Man, began his fight to raise chickens on his property. In February 2009, the city of Roswell, GA started to cite Andrew Wordes for raising livestock in his backyard.

Wordes, who had started raising chickens on his .97-acre homestead in 2005, decided to fight back. And he WON!

Most STATES have chosen to enact their own anti-hoarding laws.
That means some states may not have such laws, others do and not all are uniform. However, uniformity of state law is something governors are striving for under the Interstate Compact Agreement.

The Compact Agreements, much like Executive Orders for the president, really DO NOT REQUIRE VOTER'S INPUT, THERE ARE NO VOTES ON THESE! THEY ARE LAW if the legislature doesn't object, much like Congress that has 30 days to object to an EO before it becomes law.

At times of "declared emergencies", each governor cedes (gives over) authority of his/her state to the federal government. When a governor declares it for his state, he becomes the delegated representative of the federal government according to an Interstate Compact Agreement.

Bottom line, even though federal legislation MAY not directly address anti-hoarding IN YOUR STATE, goods can be seized if NATIONAL circumstances are felt to warrant it, WHETHER YOUR STATE HAS PASSED SUCH LAWS OR NOT, IF amounts stored are deemed "EXCESSIVE".

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF HAWAII, ONE OF THE STRICTEST SATES ON "HOARDING"!
In Hawaii you are considered a "hoarder" if you have more than one week's provisions on hand BUT you have to dig to uncover this information.

Here is a specific example:

(1) Prevention of *hoarding, waste, etc. To the extent necessary to prevent hoarding, waste, or destruction of materials, supplies, commodities, accommodations, facilities, and services, to effectuate equitable distribution thereof, or to establish priorities therein as the public welfare may require, to investigate, and any other law to the contrary notwithstanding, to regulate or prohibit, by means of licensing, rationing, or otherwise, the storage, transportation, use, possession, maintenance, furnishing, sale, or distribution thereof, and any business or any transaction related thereto."

In the actual Title document for Hawaii, you will not find the specifics for what length of time constitutes "hoarding" nor an amount. Instead, you must look at the COMMITTEE NOTES which describes it as the opinion that one week's supplies per person is considered adequate food provisions.

It is not spelled out what those provisions shall consist of or how much is considered "adequate" until you get to the committee notes.

 Back in December, 2011, Washington DC resident Patricia White was fined $2,000 dollars by the Department of Public Works for throwing homemade cat litter in her trash. The inspector admitted to literally digging through White’s trash in order to issue the ticket!

Harvard University computer science professor and privacy expert Harry Lewis warns that the nationwide effort to keep tabs on the contents of people’s trash betrays the fact that the government views the American people as livestock.

“It’s treating people like cattle!” said Lewis.
