DYNCORP : FEDERAL CONTRACT FOR SEX CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN?

DynCorp International is a United States-based private military contractor. Begun as an aviation company, the company now also provides air operations support, training and mentoring, international development, intelligence training and support, contingency operations, security, and operations and maintenance of land vehicles. DynCorp received more than 96% of its more than $3 billion in annual revenues from the U.S. federal government.

It sold in 2010 to Cerberus.

The company has provided services for the U.S. military in several theaters, including Bolivia, Bosnia, Somalia, Angola, Haiti, Colombia, Kosovo and Kuwait. AND NOW, AFGHANISTAN.

IF YOU GOOGLE "DYNCORP SEX SCANDAL", YOU GET ABOUT 76,000  'HITS'.
THEY ARE REPEAT OFFENDERS, YOU SEE, ACCUSED OF SEX CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN IN AT LEAST 3 NATIONS AS WELL AS ENGAGING IN SLAVE TRADE OF WOMEN AND YOUNG GIRLS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR AT LEAST FOURTEEN LONG YEARS.

AND YET OUR GOVERNMENT HAS NOT PROSECUTED ONE PERSON FOR ANY OF THIS AND STILL AWARDS DYNCORP HUGE MILITARY CONTRACTS!
WHY?

WHY DON'T YOU ASK WASHINGTON?
BUT THEN WASHINGTON HAS HAD ITS OWN SHARE OF SEX SCANDALS INVOLVING CHILDREN.

REMEMBER THOSE "MIDNIGHT CALL-BOYS TOURS" AT THE BUSH 1 WHITE HOUSE?

REMEMBER THE ALLEGATIONS THAT SENATORS, EVEN PERHAPS A CERTAIN PRESIDENT WERE ENGAGING IN PEDOPHILIA?
NO?

WHAT DYNCORP LIKES...
FROM: http://blogs.houstonpress.com/hairballs/2010/12/wikileaks_dyncorp_responds.php

<<The so-called "tradition" known as “Bacha bazi” — banned under the Taliban, but now making a big comeback in Afghanistan — involves forcing small boys dressed in women’s clothing to dance in front of howling men. After the dancing, the boys are auctioned off to the highest bidder for rape. The U.S. State Department recently referred to the practice as a "widespread, culturally sanctioned form of male rape."
Employees of DynCorp, a US government contractor funded by US tax dollars, in Afghanistan paid for the services of underage "dancing boys", apparently a euphemistic reference to 'Bacha bazi', which is considered [homosexual] child prostitution .
The boys were auctioned off to be sexually abused by Afghan policemen, with some to be kept as sex slaves and participate in events funded by DynCorp.

[NOTE: ONE OF THE RELEASED WIKILEAKS DIPLOMATIC CABLES OF 2010 REVEALED THE LATEST CHARGES AGAINST DYNCORP BY A THIRD NATION, AFGHANISTAN, BUT THE AFGHAN 'DIPLOMATS' ARE ANXIOUS TO KEEP THIS QUIET.]

The D.C.-based company did confirm that an underage dancing boy was hired to perform for the recruits, but it claimed reports of child rape and illegal drug use were false. However, a diplomatic cable released by WikiLeaks does suggest that drugs were indeed involved.

It refers to the "Kunduz [dancing boys] incident, and other events where mentors had obtained drugs" which "could not have happened without Afghan participation."
The incident had been mentioned by Afghan Interior Minister Hanif Atmar in the original cable signed by the US Ambassador.

Although the cable went out under the name of Ambassador Karl Eikenberry, it discussed a meeting between Atmar and Eikenberry's underling Joseph Mussomeli. The source of the concern about drugs was Atmar, who has since lost his post.
Since much of the leaked cable concerned Atmar's deep concern that any news about this "Kunduz DynCorp problem" would reach the media, we won't hold our breath waiting for him to elaborate on one of the more explosive allegations. >>

The company involved, DynCorp, has also had a prior brush with the child sex slave game  in Bosnia.
<<Two former employees of DynCorp, the government contracting powerhouse, have won legal victories after charging that the $2 billion-a-year firm fired them when they complained that co-workers were involved in a Bosnia sex-slave trade. At least 13 DynCorp employees have been sent home from Bosnia — and at least seven of them fired — for purchasing women or participating in other prostitution-related activities. But despite large amounts of evidence in some cases, none of the DynCorp employees sent home have faced criminal prosecution.

On March 11th 2005, Cynthia McKinney grilled Secretary Rumsfeld and General Myers on the Dyncorp scandal. HE DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE! NOTHING WAS EVER DONE AND DYNCORP NEVER MISSED A FEDERAL CONTRACT, WORTH BILLIONS EVERY YEAR.

PAID TO DO THE UNTHINKABLE?
REWARDED FOR SEX WITH CHILDREN?
GRANTED CONTRACTS FOR EMPLOYEES ENGAGING IN THE SLAVE TRADE?
WHY?

WASHINGTON OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T CARE THEN, AND DOESN'T CARE NOW!

Representative Cynthia McKinney, in a 2006 hearing, asked Rumsfeld why DYNCORP continues to receive FEDERAL contracts after the any charges of sex crimes.
Rumsfeld skirts the questions.

Deja vu for DynCorp

Put bluntly, DynCorp was involved in a sex slavery scandal in Bosnia in 1999, with its employees accused of rape and the buying and selling of girls as young as 12.

Dyncorp, hired to perform police duties for the UN and aircraft maintenance for the US Army, were implicated in prostituting the children, whereas the company's Bosnia site supervisor filmed himself raping two women.
A number of employees were transferred out of the country, but with no legal consequences for them.

This was one of two cases involving DynCorp and sexual scandal in Bosnia.
The other, involved air plane mechanic Ben Johnston who sued DynCorp, alleging he was sacked because he had uncovered evidence that Dyncorp employees were involved in 'sexual slavery'.

In a much less noticed case, in October 2004 it was revealed that DynCorp contract workers operating at Tolemaida Air Base in [THE NATION OF] Colombia distributed a video in which they could be observed sexually violating underage girls from the town of Melgar.

This video was even sold on the main streets of Bogotá.

Nonetheless, the Lawyers' Collective of Colombia has not learned of any criminal investigation undertaken in relation to these acts involving minors.
According to follow-up work carried out by the Lawyers' Collective it was discovered that one of the minors involved in the videos committed suicide some time after their publication and sale.

As first reported by the British Guardian newspaper, on June 24, 2009 the U.S. embassy in Afghanistan sent a cable to Washington, under the signature of Karl Eikenberry, U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan, regarding a meeting between Assistant Chief of Mission Joseph Mussomeli and Afghan Minister of Interior Hanif Atmar.
Among the issues discussed was what diplomats delicately called the "Kunduz DynCorp Problem."
Kunduz is a northern province of Afghanistan

The problem was this:

1. In a May 2009 meeting interior minister Hanif Atmar expresses deep
concerns that  lives could be in danger if news leaked that foreign police trainers working for US commercial contractor DynCorp hired "dancing boys" to perform for them.
Atmar then disclosed the arrest of two Afghan National Police (ANP) and nine other Afghans (including RTC language assistants) as part of an MoI investigation into Afghan "facilitators" of the event.
The crime he was pursuing was "purchasing a service from a child," which in Afghanistan is illegal under both Sharia law and the civil code, and against the ANP Code of Conduct for police officers who might be involved.

The "tradition" of Bacha Bazi "boy play" is alive and well in Afghanistan.
Young boys are bought and sold, dressed up like women and forced to dance, at men-only parties. Many times they are then raped or killed.>>

The Dyncorp Child Sex Slave Scandal
December 1, 2012

by Kelly Patricia O’Meara, Insight Magazine
January 14th, 2002
<<It’s been ten years.
We should never forget the disgrace of the Dyncorp child sex slavery scandal. What is important is that even after the scandal came to light the Pentagon never censored or punished the company.

In war zones life is cheap.

Christine Dolan, founder of the International Humanitarian Campaign Against
the Exploitation of Children, a Washington-based nonprofit organization, tells
Insight: “What is surprising to me is that Dyncorp has kept this contract.

The U.S. says it wants to eradicate trafficking of people, has established an office
in the State Department for this purpose, and yet neither State nor the
government-contracting authorities have stepped in and done an investigation of this matter...
The message we’re sending to kids is that it’s okay for America’s representatives to rape children.
That is immoral and hypocritical, and if DynCorp is involved in this in any way it should forfeit its contract and pay restitution in the form of training about trafficking.”

Kevin Glasheen, Johnston’s attorney, says flatly of this:
“This is more than one twisted mind.
There was a real corporate culture with a deep commitment to a cover-up.
And it’s outrageous that DynCorp still is being paid by the government on this contract.

The worst thing I’ve seen is a DynCorp e-mail after this first came up where they’re saying how they have turned this thing into a marketing success, that they have convinced the government that they could handle something like this.”

Kathryn Bolkovac, a U.N. International Police Force monitor hired by the U.S. company on another U.N.-related contract, has filed a lawsuit in Great Britain against DynCorp for wrongful termination.

DynCorp had a $15 million contract to hire and train police officers for duty in Bosnia at the time she reported such officers were paying for prostitutes and participating in sex-trafficking.
Many of these were forced to resign under suspicion of illegal activity, but none have been prosecuted, as they also enjoy immunity from prosecution in Bosnia.
DynCorp has admitted it fired five employees for similar illegal activities prior to Johnston’s charges.>>

DICK CHENEY's AND CONDI RICE'S OLD COMPANY HALLIBURTON HAS ALSO BEEN NAMED IN SEX SCANDALS IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

USING CHILDREN AS "SEX TOYS" RAN RAMPANT BACK IN THE 1980s, OR HAVE YOU FORGOTTEN?
REMEMBER THIS?

On the morning of June 29, 1989, The Washington Times headlined: "Homosexual Prostitution Probe Ensnares VIPs with Reagan, Bush."

The Times continued: "A homosexual prostitution ring is under investigation by Federal and District authorities and includes among its clients key officials of the Reagan and Bush administrations, military officers, congressional aides and U.S. and foreign businessmen with close ties to Washington's political elite.''

Craig Spence, a high ranking Republican operative, was highlighted as the 'call boy' power broker behind the scenes.

Paul Bonacci swore he had been one of the CHILDREN who had "toured" the White House on several of those after hour 'call boy' tours.

To back up his claim, Bonacci drew a map/sketch that depicted a private area of the White House that was deemed to be accurate by those in the know.

Lawrence King and Craig Spence seemed to be <<working the "White House pedophile circuit" together>>..

.Bonacci was awarded $1 million dollars in a lawsuit against King. (BUT Bonacci has never received a penny of the court ordered one million dollars awarded to him.) The federal court obviously believed Bonacci’s testimony.

Bonacci also told Gunderson that DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) airplanes were used to transport children who had been abducted into these pedophile rings from one place to another.
The children were always made available to serve their elite sponsor's twisted appetites.

Most important was this revelation by Bonacci to Gunderson, who later reported, "Paul and other children told about youngsters, both male and female, being taken from orphanages, foster-homes, and Boys Town in Omaha, Nebraska, driven to Sioux City, Iowa (184 miles), and then flown to Washington, D.C. for sex orgy parties with dignitaries, congressmen, and high level public officials at
Lawrence King's Embassy Row condominium.

Lawrence King rented this condominium for $5,000.00 per month while earning a salary of only $17,000 per year."

This bears repeating: Foster homes, Boy's Town, and orphanages, were being used to procure a virtually unlimited supply of children for elite controlled, organized, [SADISTIC] pedophile rings.

Like so many of these things, the news broke and then seemingly faded away without a whimper, with hardly a twitch in the collective memory of most Americans.

It was far easier not to think about the possibility that it was true.

Admittedly it was a distasteful subject for most people. It was far easier to dismiss the whole thing without much consideration.
Perhaps, despite all the evidence, people simply refused to believe that there were actually people this evil roaming the halls of government.

IT FADED AWAY BECAUSE THIS WAS THE REAGAN/BUSH1 WHITE HOUSE, AND REAGAN WAS PRACTICALLY ENJOYING "SAINTHOOD" BACK THEN AND BUSH1 HAD BEEN HEAD OF THE CIA. HE KNEW HOW TO MAKE THINGS "FADE AWAY".

THE ENTIRE MATTER WAS DECLARED A "HOAX", MOST OF THE KIDS (FORCEFULLY?) RECANTED AND ONLY KING WAS EVER INVOLVED IN A MEANINGFUL TRIAL.
BONACCHI NEVER RECANTED, AND HE WON HIS SUIT!

Former Senator John Decamp helped make a documentary called "Conspiracy of Silence".

This documentary revealed that religious leaders and Washington politicians flew children to Washington for sex orgies.

ENTER Ronald Roskens, a former chancellor of the University of Nebraska- Omaha.
Roskens had abruptly been fired as president of the University of Nebraska, in a secret meeting of the state Board of Regents in July 1989. No public explanation was given for his removal.
However, the rumored reason was, at least according to some reports, that evidence of his involvement in various orgies had been reported (incl. surveillance photos of nude young boys in Rosken's home).

According to an investigator in the Franklin Credit Union Sex Scandal, Gary Caradori's daily notes for Feb. 19, 1989:
I was informed that Roskins [sic) was terminated by the state because of sexual activities reported to the Regents and verified by them. Mr. Roskins was reported to have had young men at his residence for sexual encounters.
As part of the separation from the state, he had to move out of the state-owned house because of the liability to the state if some of this sexual behavior was "illegal." Upon Roskins vacating the house, he was provided a house by Joe Seacrist [sic) of the Lincoln Journal-Star.
THIS SAME RONALD ROSKENS, strangely enough, within a year after being dismissed from the University, was selected by then-President George H.W. Bush to head the 'Agency of International Development'.

(For a map of the Roskens’ connections, Try this link )
His promotion is definitely unusual because such an important government position would no doubt have involved a great deal of vetting to prevent such things as blackmail or, as in the events above, scandal.
In the past the agency had provided millions of dollars in U.S. goods and services to foreign governments around the world so the possibility of corruption through extortion should have set off alarm bells. (Some have claimed the agency was nothing more than a CIA front.)
HOW LONG WILL SUCH GO ON?
AS LONG AS WE ALLOW IT TO.
TALKING OR WRITING ABOUT IT WON'T STOP IT.
WE'LL HAVE TO DO MORE THAN THAT.

IF NOT NOW, THEN WHEN?
CHILDREN ARE WAITING FOR US TO DO SOMETHING!

WE ARE THEIR ONLY HOPE!
