Mr. Secretary-General,
We, scientists, public figures and business leaders from Russia, the USA, the UK, and Canada as well as participants of the Second International Global Future 2045 Congress (15-16 June 2013, New York) would like to bring to your attention a number of serious issues.
The world stands on the threshold of global change. Ecological, political, anthropological, economic and other crises are intensifying. Wars are waged, resources wasted senselessly, and the planet is being polluted. Society is experiencing a crisis of goals and values, while science and technology are providing unprecedented opportunity for advancement. National leaders remain focused on short-term internal stability, without paying sufficient attention to the opportunities for the future of civilization.
Humanity essentially faces this choice: slide into the abyss of global degradation, or find and realize a new model of development, a model capable of changing human consciousness and giving new meaning to life.
We believe that to move to a new stage of human evolution, mankind vitally needs a scientific revolution coupled with significant spiritual changes, inseparably linked, supplementing and supporting of each other. The vector of future development provided by technological advancement should assist the evolution of the consciousness of humanity, the individual and society, and be the transition to neo-humanity.
This type of research will be discussed at the Global Future 2045 congress. Cutting-edge technologies will be showcased, many of which have already been developed and improved, but not yet available to the people who need them.
The key components of these studies are:
1. The construction of anthropomorphic avatar robots—artificial bodies.
2. The creation of telepresence robotic systems for long-distance control of avatars.
3. The development of brain–computer interfaces for direct mental control of an avatar.
Applications:
– rehabilitation of the disabled;
– replacement of people working in hazardous conditions, or those tasked with cleaning up during peacekeeping missions etc.;

6. Development of prostheses for parts of the human brain.

8. A study of human consciousness and the possibilities for its future embodiment in a non-biological substrate.

– treatment of degenerative diseases and traumas of the brain;
– exploration of regions of outer space hostile to biological human life;
– radical extension of human life to the point of immortality.

We will demonstrate the realistic nature of Avatar technologies and launch a new science megaproject that will form the foundation of a new evolutionary strategy for humanity. Up until now, people have been able to freely think, and go about activities of daily life. But what if the activities of daily life get altered as a by-product from the military-industrial complex to a point where INDEPENDENT thinking, having a natural body, eating real food, or breathing real air, stops? Imagine a robotic world of Frankenstein-like creations, biological machines, things sometimes referred to as 'trans-humans'. This is a possible new paradigm for mankind where A.I. (artificial intelligence), and bionic body parts merge with our biology towards immortality.
Why do we have "biopharmaceuticals" today?
This is a relatively new attempt at introducing MEDICINES into foods through farming. There won't be a need to discuss vaccine safety, or adjuvant cost saving benefits. This process, of genetic farming (not GMO food) has already started, for example with 'golden' rice. People could be AUTOMATICALLY MEDICATED, WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR AGREEMENT.
ANY MEDICATION OUR GOVERNMENT CHOSE COULD BE INTRODUCED INTO OUR BODIES IN THE FOODS WE EAT!
(Maybe now you understand why it's very good to grow your OWN foods, or buy foods from those who grow absolutely organically with heirloom seeds?)
We ALREADY have chemically controlled people, people forcefully or against their will or knowledge are given certain drugs, and we have 'smart' pills that can "talk" to monitoring devices and be programmed by same. We ALREADY have add-on body parts, such as hip replacements, knee joints, cochlear implants, etc.
But, what if, in the near, very near future, technology promised more 'convenience' than ever? Chances are, MANY might buy it. Imagine having 'just a little chip' inserted into your hand or head. You could open your car door from afar, or turn your oven on before getting home for dinner, and even pay your bills. Sounds pretty good, yes? What if we were offered "new bodies" that didn't succumb to disease or age? That seems awesome, doesn't it?
BUT WHAT MIGHT THE CONSEQUENCES BE?
WOULD WE STILL MAINTAIN OUR INDIVIDUALITY AND ALL THE CHARACTERISTICS THAT MAKE EACH OF US UNIQUE AND INDEPENDENT?
LET'S LOOK AT JUST ONE "INNOVATION" THAT THE U.S. GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN TRYING TO CRAM DOWN AMERICAN THROATS FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS, AT LEAST.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Devices) tags and chips, or RFID strips on consumer products, cards, state-issued licenses or auto tags, etc, is the technology that identifies and tracks things, animals and people.
AND PEOPLE!
Our credit cards, cell phones, in-store grocery "savings" cards, even many of our pets carry these tracking chips and we can easily be located with any of them. Strips laid into highways can read our auto license plates as we drive along, electronic devises in our vehicles can be accessed by and changed or disabled from satellites high above us in earth orbit. ALL modern autos can be completely shut-down by satellite. The "ON-STAR" system may seem like a blessing, but is it really?
IF you would LIKE/AGREE TO the tracking of your health, your body fluids, power usage, internet activity, your constant whereabouts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, your personal thoughts or emotions, your finances, what you drink, and what food you eat, fine...so be it.
BUT I DON'T WANT THAT SORT OF LIFE!
I WANT TO BE A "WILD HUMAN"!
Recently, on a nice cut of meat (I am an omnivore, but very particular about what "goes in" to this body), I noticed a bulge beneath the paper pad the cut was placed on in the package. I took the pad apart and found a tiny device that resembled a tracking strip!
I called my grocer who explained that they had started placing those in most trays of meats to deter shoplifting/theft. He siad that unless the cashier deactivated the strip, an alarm would sound if someone were to try to exit the store with the meat unpaid for.
That saddened me that our economic decline has made meats something people may want to steal, but it also incensed me that even our foods are traced from growers to table to garbage can. ("RECYCLING" is a nice concept, but have you read the thousands of stories of people who have been arrested for what they put in recycling bins? GO! READ SOME!)
You see, I was already aware that my "grocery store discount card" that gives me pennies to nothing off my purchase at checkout was a device that tracked not just my spending, but what exactly WHAT I spend money on, and that each time I use a credit or debit card, a record is made of all my purchases! ALL MY PURCHASES. In essence, "Big Brother" goes shopping with me, then goes home with me, and then sees what I have in my private home!
NO! I DISAGREE WITH THAT!
I DON'T WISH TO BE MONITORED AT ALL!
AND OUR GOVERNMENT KNOWS MANY OF US WILL DISAGREE WITH THAT, SO THEY HAVE PRINTED BROCHURES FOR BUSINESSES THAT WARN THEM OF PEOPLE USING CASH TO PAY FOR ANYTHING! PEOPLE WHO DON'T USE "PLASTIC", CARDS, TO PAY FOR PURCHASES ARE NOW "POTENTIAL TERRORISTS"!

Mr. Secretary-General,
We, scientists, public figures and business leaders from Russia, the USA, the UK, and Canada as well as participants of the Second International Global Future 2045 Congress (15-16 June 2013, New York) would like to bring to your attention a number of serious issues.
The world stands on the threshold of global change. Ecological, political, anthropological, economic and other crises are intensifying. Wars are waged, resources wasted senselessly, and the planet is being polluted. Society is experiencing a crisis of goals and values, while science and technology are providing unprecedented opportunity for advancement. National leaders remain focused on short-term internal stability, without paying sufficient attention to the opportunities for the future of civilization.
Humanity essentially faces this choice: slide into the abyss of global degradation, or find and realize a new model of development, a model capable of changing human consciousness and giving new meaning to life.
We believe that to move to a new stage of human evolution, mankind vitally needs a scientific revolution coupled with significant spiritual changes, inseparably linked, supplementing and supporting of each other. The vector of future development provided by technological advancement should assist the evolution of the consciousness of humanity, the individual and society, and be the transition to neo-humanity.
This type of research will be discussed at the Global Future 2045 congress. Cutting-edge technologies will be showcased, many of which have already been developed and improved, but not yet available to the people who need them.
The key components of these studies are:
1. The construction of anthropomorphic avatar robots—artificial bodies.
2. The creation of telepresence robotic systems for long-distance control of avatars.
3. The development of brain–computer interfaces for direct mental control of an avatar.
Applications:
– rehabilitation of the disabled;
– replacement of people working in hazardous conditions, or those tasked with cleaning up during peacekeeping missions etc.;
– telepresence technologies for personal and business communications, as well as tourism.
The successful further development of the above three studies is expected to lead to further breakthroughs, including:
4. Development of life-extension technologies involving life-support systems for the human brain integrated with an artificial Avatar body.

6. Development of prostheses for parts of the human brain.
7. Creation of a fully artificial equivalent of the human brain.
8. A study of human consciousness and the possibilities for its future embodiment in a non-biological substrate.

– treatment of degenerative diseases and traumas of the brain;
– exploration of regions of outer space hostile to biological human life;
– radical extension of human life to the point of immortality.
Participants of the Global Future 2045 congress include scientists, philosophers, representatives of different religions, public figures, business leaders, and philanthropists. We will demonstrate the realistic nature of Avatar technologies and launch a new science megaproject that will form the foundation of a new evolutionary strategy for humanity. Up until now, people have been able to freely think, and go about activities of daily life. But what if the activities of daily life get altered as a by-product from the military-industrial complex to a point where INDEPENDENT thinking, having a natural body, eating real food, or breathing real air, stops? Imagine a robotic world of Frankenstein-like creations, biological machines, things sometimes referred to as 'trans-humans'. This is a possible new paradigm for mankind where A.I. (artificial intelligence), and bionic body parts merge with our biology towards immortality.
Why do we have "biopharmaceuticals" today?
This is a relatively new attempt at introducing MEDICINES into foods through farming. There won't be a need to discuss vaccine safety, or adjuvant cost saving benefits. This process, of genetic farming (not GMO food) has already started, for example with 'golden' rice. People could be AUTOMATICALLY MEDICATED, WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR AGREEMENT.
ANY MEDICATION OUR GOVERNMENT CHOSE COULD BE INTRODUCED INTO OUR BODIES IN THE FOODS WE EAT!
(Maybe now you understand why it's very good to grow your OWN foods, or buy foods from those who grow absolutely organically with heirloom seeds?)
We ALREADY have chemically controlled people, people forcefully or against their will or knowledge are given certain drugs, and we have 'smart' pills that can "talk" to monitoring devices and be programmed by same. We ALREADY have add-on body parts, such as hip replacements, knee joints, cochlear implants, etc.
But, what if, in the near, very near future, technology promised more 'convenience' than ever? Chances are, MANY might buy it. Imagine having 'just a little chip' inserted into your hand or head. You could open your car door from afar, or turn your oven on before getting home for dinner, and even pay your bills. Sounds pretty good, yes? What if we were offered "new bodies" that didn't succumb to disease or age? That seems awesome, doesn't it?
BUT WHAT MIGHT THE CONSEQUENCES BE?
WOULD WE STILL MAINTAIN OUR INDIVIDUALITY AND ALL THE CHARACTERISTICS THAT MAKE EACH OF US UNIQUE AND INDEPENDENT?
LET'S LOOK AT JUST ONE "INNOVATION" THAT THE U.S. GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN TRYING TO CRAM DOWN AMERICAN THROATS FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS, AT LEAST.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Devices) tags and chips, or RFID strips on consumer products, cards, state-issued licenses or auto tags, etc, is the technology that identifies and tracks things, animals and people.
AND PEOPLE!
Our credit cards, cell phones, in-store grocery "savings" cards, even many of our pets carry these tracking chips and we can easily be located with any of them. Strips laid into highways can read our auto license plates as we drive along, electronic devises in our vehicles can be accessed by and changed or disabled from satellites high above us in earth orbit. ALL modern autos can be completely shut-down by satellite. The "ON-STAR" system may seem like a blessing, but is it really?
IF you would LIKE/AGREE TO the tracking of your health, your body fluids, power usage, internet activity, your constant whereabouts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, your personal thoughts or emotions, your finances, what you drink, and what food you eat, fine...so be it.
BUT I DON'T WANT THAT SORT OF LIFE!
I WANT TO BE A "WILD HUMAN"!
Recently, on a nice cut of meat (I am an omnivore, but very particular about what "goes in" to this body), I noticed a bulge beneath the paper pad the cut was placed on in the package. I took the pad apart and found a tiny device that resembled a tracking strip!
I called my grocer who explained that they had started placing those in most trays of meats to deter shoplifting/theft. He siad that unless the cashier deactivated the strip, an alarm would sound if someone were to try to exit the store with the meat unpaid for.
That saddened me that our economic decline has made meats something people may want to steal, but it also incensed me that even our foods are traced from growers to table to garbage can. ("RECYCLING" is a nice concept, but have you read the thousands of stories of people who have been arrested for what they put in recycling bins? GO! READ SOME!)
You see, I was already aware that my "grocery store discount card" that gives me pennies to nothing off my purchase at checkout was a device that tracked not just my spending, but what exactly WHAT I spend money on, and that each time I use a credit or debit card, a record is made of all my purchases! ALL MY PURCHASES. In essence, "Big Brother" goes shopping with me, then goes home with me, and then sees what I have in my private home!
NO! I DISAGREE WITH THAT!
I DON'T WISH TO BE MONITORED AT ALL!
AND OUR GOVERNMENT KNOWS MANY OF US WILL DISAGREE WITH THAT, SO THEY HAVE PRINTED BROCHURES FOR BUSINESSES THAT WARN THEM OF PEOPLE USING CASH TO PAY FOR ANYTHING! PEOPLE WHO DON'T USE "PLASTIC", CARDS, TO PAY FOR PURCHASES ARE NOW "POTENTIAL TERRORISTS"!

RFID chips to monitor their livestock? They have "Fusion Centers" already built and being built
across the USA to store the collected data of the food animals we consume, from birth to consumption. What are "Fusion Centers"? Huge data centers that are tracking billions of emails, conversations, computer
keystrokes, and consumer information every day.
Usually, RFID systems consist of a transponder and reader. The reader
is generally connected to a computer database. Currently there are beta
tests being conducted in some schools, in Florida, Mississippi, Texas,
and Louisiana where people are required to wear chipped identifications,
etc. Tracking, surveillance, 'smart' things, (phones, cards, chicken),
are in theory 'keeping us safe'. Despite conveniences associated with
RFID technology, it boils down to tracking.
