LIST OF MASS DEATHS PACIFIC OCEAN 2015

THIS IS A VERY LONG LIST FOR ONLY THE DEATHS DOCUMENTED IN 2015 ALONE.

JUST 3 HOURS AGO FROM NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, IN CHILE... 337 Whales Beached in Largest Stranding Ever.

Scientists say they are most likely sei whales, which are endangered.
Actually discovered by scientists in late June this year, because of the remoteness of the area and the roughness of the seas, scientists have not been able to examine the whales directly, but aerial and satellite photography identified 305 bodies and 32 skeletons in an area between the Gulf of Penas and Puerto Natales, toward the southern tip of the continent.

The sei whale's lifespan is 50 to 70 years.
They are usually found in deep waters far from coastlines.

Other recent, as in SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER, 2015, news articles cite unusual mortality among two other species of fur seal pups.
NOAA HAS ISSUED A 'UME' FOR THESE FUR SEALS.
THEY WERE NOT INCLUDED IN MY LIST BELOW.

NOR WERE RIGHT WHALES.
DEATHS OF NUMEROUS RIGHT WHALE CALVES OFF THE COAST OF ARGENTINA WAS REPORTED IN OCTOBER.

"The Valdes Peninsula is a very important calving ground for southern right whales on the coast of Argentina.
In recent years, however, right whales – the  majority of them were young calves – have been dying off at an alarming rate. "

A hungry sea lion pup in February 2015, but Momma sea lion is starving, too.

THERE IS SIMPLY NO FOOD AVAILABLE NEARBY.

THE PACIFIC AND HER MARINE LIFE ARE DYING.

A starved, sick and dying baby sea lion on a west coast beach, 2013.

From 2012 to today, too many have come ashore to rescue.

Fewer than 3 in 12 can be taken to be examined and fewer still can be saved.
Leukemia was determined to be cause of death in many of these pitiful young creatures.

IN THIS LIST, I WILL INCLUDE ONLY PACIFIC OCEAN EVENTS EXCEPT IN TWO INSTANCES, WHICH WERE BOTH BASED ON MIGRATION PATTERNS FROM PACIFIC OCEAN OR ARCTIC SEA TO NORTH ATLANTIC, OR FROM CANADIAN/ARCTIC COASTAL AREAS INLAND.

I INCLUDE ALL SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES BECAUSE OF THE MIXING OF WATERS AT THE TIP OF SOUTH AMERICA, AS WELL AS BY MEANS OF THE SUEZ CANAL.

I INCLUDE DEATHS ON BOTH OF MEXICO'S COAST FOR A SIMILAR REASON.

I DID NOT INCLUDE BUT A VERY FEW DEATHS FROM NATIONS OF THE INDIAN OCEAN, CHINA SEA, OR FROM THE EAST COAST OF AFRICA.

DUE TO THEIR CLOSE PROXIMITY TO JAPAN, BOTH SOUTH KOREA'S AND ALL OF CHINA'S DEATH REPORTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED, PERHAPS, BUT WERE NOT.

IN THE CASE OF AUSTRALIA, 2 OR 3 REPORTS OF DEATHS ALONG AN INLAND RIVER ARE GIVEN BECAUSE OF MIGRATORY AND TIDAL PATTERNS FROM SEA INLAND.

THESE ARE ONLY DEATH REPORTS FROM THE 'PACIFIC RIM' THAT "MADE THE NEWS".

AS TIME PERMITS, I HOPE TO COMPILE OTHER LISTS FROM 2011, 2012, 2013 AND 2014.

THIS LIST IS ONLY FOR 2015.

“The difference is we’re not just seeing little pups,” said Lauren Palmer, a veterinarian there. “Females and yearlings are coming in with respiratory issues and elevated abnormalities in their blood work. It’s really hard to wrap our head around the story of what’s happening.”

These are smelt that have washed ashore after spawning recently, seen along the shore of the Columbia River on Sauvie Island on March 2.

[NOTE: While the Columbia has been contaminated by the Hanford nuclear facility for many decades, keep in mind that these fish have a link to the sea as well. Salmon and many other species of food fish have been affected in this area, as well as shellfish, seabirds and whales. Whether they enter the river or stay at sea, radiation finds them. As I have said many times, ocean creatures, water creatures, have NO place to escape to when their environment becomes toxic.]  Link

2nd March 2015 - Thousands of TONS of shellfish have died off during past few years in Whangarei Harbour, New Zealand
The volume of pipis on Mair Bank has slumped from 10,000 tonnes to less than 100 tonnes, sparking fears the massive sandbank, which protects the harbour entrance, will disappear.
The sandbank, shaped similar to a shark's tooth, lies just off Marsden Point. Locals previously waded out at low tide to scoop up the daily limit of 150 of the shellfish in a couple of minutes. But no more.
"But first and foremost, we are really concerned around the fact that sort of an entire species seems to be dying out all of a sudden." Shellfish everywhere took a hard hit the past 4 years, on both sides of the Pacific, as you will see as the list goes on.

We have seen an enormous loss among these animals.

Sardines, like the dead mass pictured above, were another species that died by the millions all over the Pacific this year...and last year... and the year before that...during cool and warm water events, during all seasons, during algae blooms and NO algae blooms, NO El Nino or El Nina, in too many different situations and times for anyone to GUESS at why they died. So many other marine creatures rely on these fish to survive that we might think some agency would get to the bottom of this.
None has.

JULY, 2015, CALLED A "VERY UNUSUAL EVENT".
HAVEN'T THEY ALL BEEN "VERY UNUSUAL"?

HUNDREDS OF WALRUSES DEAD IN ALASKA.
THIS ACTUALLY MADE THE CBS NEWS.

MILLIONS OF DEAD/DYING CRABS, CALIFORNIA COAST.

Local government officers stand beside melon-headed whales washed up on the shore of Hokota, northeast of Tokyo, April 10, 2015.   OVER 150 WERE FOUND BEACHED.

Despite a lack of
linking the two events, a flurry of online commentators have pointed to the appearance of around 50 melon-headed —a species that is a member of the dolphin family—on Japan's beaches six days prior to the monster quake, which unleashed a towering tsunami and triggered a nuclear disaster.

More than 100  died in a mass stranding on a remote New Zealand beach on February 20, 2011, two days before a large quake struck the country's second-largest city Christchurch.

IT TOOK ME OVER 6 HOURS TO CONSTRUCT THIS LIST (USING MUCH INFORMATION FROM THAT SITE), SO I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW LONG IT TOOK THEM TO CONSTRUCT THEIR MASSIVE LIST.

AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE OF THIS WEBSITE LINKED ABOVE, DON'T BE PUT-OFF BY ITS TITLE.

Dilution of radiation by the oceans is a LIE.

A Radioactive Nightmare

As fallout from Fukushima heads our way, the government turns a blind eye

"High radiation readings in Santa Monica and Los Angeles air during a 42-day period from late December to late January strongly suggest that radiation is increasing in the region including along the coast in Ventura County.

Scientific studies from the United Kingdom and Europe show that sea water infused with radiation of the sort spewing out of Fukushima can travel inland from the coast up to 300 kilometers. These mobile poisons include cesium-137 and plutonium-239, the latter with a half-life of 24,400 years."

~ THE PRICE (IN LIVES LOST) OF NUCLEAR ENERGY

~ As I said, I left out all "unusual mortality events" from the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean, all of Europe, almost all reported by China, South Korea, all reported by African and Middle eastern Nations, all reports from the Gulf of Mexico, unless it pertained to Mexico and Central America.

But, again, some deaths, the number of species involved in one event, is often incredible, as was this report from the Caribbean:

2nd October 2015 - Thousands of dead fish, plus eels and lobsters wash up in  Gorda, British Virgin IslandsLink

AND FROM IRELAND: 3rd October 2015 - MILLIONS of dead fish wash ashore, 'a strange phenomenon' in Kerry,IrelandLink

AND FROM VIETNAM:
5th October 2015 - Tens of thousands of lobsters suddenly die off, 'reason unknown' in Quang Ngai, VietnamLink

AND FROM INDIA:
5th November 2015 - Dead dolphins, turtles and whales washing ashore, 'experts puzzled' in Mumbai, IndiaLink

~ THAT THIS MAY HAVE BEEN RELATED TO ROCKET LAUNCHES IS INTRIGUING, BUT THAT ENTIRE HERD WAS ANNIHILATED.

[NOTE: ADDED 11/23/2015:
SOME FAULT ME FOR INSINUATING OR SIMPLY STATING THAT I BLAME RADIATION FOR THESE DEATHS, SAY THERE IS NO EVIDENCE.

THERE IS EVIDENCE AND WILL BE MORE AS TIME GOES ON.
ALREADY, AN ADMISSION THAT THE DYING SEAL PUPS, MANY, WERE VICTIMS OF LEUKEMIA, A SURE SIGN OF RADIATION CONTAMINATION.

RADIATION IN EVERYTHING FROM KELP TO WHALES HAS BEEN FOUND, AND RESULTS ARE PUBLISHED.

RADIATION SHOWED UP IN MILK IN WISCONSIN, WATER IN MANY U.S. CITIES AND
AS REPORTED BY FORBES ONLINE AND OTHER PLACES, FUKUSHIMA WAS THE PROVEN SOURCE.

THE ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISION, THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION, THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY, EVEN THE FDA AND CDC HAVE ALL SAID AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER, AND ARE STILL SAYING, THAT THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A "SAFE" LEVEL OF RADIATION INSIDE A HUMAN BODY...NO SAFE LEVEL.

LOW-LEVEL RADIATION HAS, CAN, AND ALWAYS WILL CREATE DESTRUCTION IN HUMAN DNA.
THAT LEADS TO CANCERS.

ALL THAT ASIDE, TO THOSE WHO FAULT ANY OF US WHO BELIEVE RADIATION IS A CAUSE, IF NOT THE CAUSE, OF MASS MARINE DEATHS,
I WILL ASK JUST THIS....

WOULD YOU PLACE YOURSELF OR YOUR  CHILD OR GRANDCHILD IN THAT PACIFIC WATER, OR ON A PACIFIC BEACH AND STAY THERE OR KEEP HIM/HER THERE FOR EVEN A FEW DAYS, KNOWING, SEEING THE TRACKING MAPS, THAT FUKUSHIMA RADIATION HAS ARRIVED AND WILL BE ARRIVING DAILY FOR THE NEXT HUNDREDS TO MILLIONS OF YEARS (DEPENDING ON RADIOACTIVE PARTICLE AND ITS RATE OF DECAY)?

WOULD YOU DO THAT?
WOULD YOU OR NOT?

I HAVE A YOUNG GRANDSON WHO WAS CATCHING RAINDROPS ON HIS TONGUE NEAR THE SITE IN MISSISSIPPI WHERE
NASA SCIENTISTS MEASURED POLONIUM , AMERICIUM, AND IODINE-131 FROM FUKUSHIMA ...FOR TWO WEEKS...DURING THAT PARTICULAR RAIN HE WAS OUT IN...

A FEW RAINDROPS...

"
Interestingly, the 210Po/210Pb (POLONIUM AND RADIOACTIVE LEAD) ratios of the fallout samples during the peak 131I fallout period were anomalously high… "

WE WILL HAVE HIM TESTED FOR YEARS BECAUSE OF "JUST" THAT.

GET THE PICTURE? ]

  1. Thanks. I was looking for a recent list of die offs and you did not disappoint. Like you, I believe the Fukushima fallout is at cause, but we have multiple causes. 2014 was the hottest year on record. We have methane bubbling in the Arctic, drought, floods, and general weather chaos around the globe...in great part due to geoengineering of our planet for the last several decades and ramped up the last few years. US Patents tell us what is in the aerosols dispersed from jets in their efforts to cool the planet. This is the expressed purpose and while scientists debate potential fixes like Solar Radiation Management and Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering, these programs are and have been in place long before the masses began to ask questions. The fallouf from these operations is, just like radioactive fallout, NOT being monitored or reported to the public; yet, we know from independent researchers and citizens who care to find the truth just how deadly geoengineering has been and continues to be to the planet. Heavy metal fallout from the aerosols injected to the atmosphere effects the oceans, too, and all life on Earth. A good place to start researching this issue is www.geoengineeringwatch.org and Clifford Carnicom and the Carnicom Institute continues decades of research and disclosure. Mainstream media and government officials will tell us not to worry about Fukushima, and pay no mind to the "conspiracy theorists" who suspect the persistent trails in the sky are not just "vapor". It is time...no, we are overdue for the self-thinkers of the world to rise up with the outrage appropriate to protect the only planet we have and all life on it!

    1. @ MARLA, THANKS FOR READING AND POSTING.
Being a new reader, you likely haven't yet read all my many articles on geoengineering, pollution, etc, or even all I've posted on the death of the Pacific Ocean.
I did a few paragraphs on geoengineering in the last post here.http://havacuppahemlock1.blogspot.com/2015_12_01_archive.html.

It is mainly time for ACTION...people need to DO something, not just talk about it, think about it, but get up, get out & DO something. Apathy has robbed us of much. If apathy continues, there is NO hope for any of us.

      All the best.
