WHAT POWERS DOES THE CONSTITUTION GIVE TO A U.S. PRESIDENT?

During deep recessions, Presidents Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter established government controls on wages and prices, and started massive new agencies regulating occupational safety, energy and the environment, thus exerting federal control over entire sectors of the private economy.

After the Sept. 11 terror attacks, President George W. Bush established the Homeland Security Agency with broad powers that have consistently tested constitutional limits. He also promoted a prescription-drug entitlement to Medicare, and significantly increased federal involvement in education, despite its being historically a local or state issue.

California school district says parents can’t pull kids from new LGBT sex ed classes. 

"Under the auspices of health, the law says it will equip students to develop “healthy attitudes” on “gender [and] sexual orientation,” among other things. It also says it will inform students about the “effectiveness and safety of all FDA-approved contraceptive methods,” and facilitate “objective discussion” about “parenting, adoption, and abortion.”

Among the teaching materials approved for use under this law are a study guide for the transgender children’s book I Am Jazz, as well as a “sexual health toolkit.”

This “toolkit” offers kids tips on using sex toys and anal lubricant. It defines “anal intercourse,” “phone sex,” and more as “common sexual behaviors.” It teaches that “abstinence” and “virginity” can mean engaging in a variety of sexual activities, but stopping short of intercourse."

SAME SCHOOLS REFUSE TO TEACH 'CREATIONISM' ALONG WITH DARWIN'S 'THEORY', DON'T ALLOW PRAYER IN SCHOOLS, AND DAMNED SURE DO NOT CALL BEING STRAIGHT "HEALTHY" ANYMORE.

PUBLIC SCHOOLS HAVE EXPELLED STUDENTS FOR SAYING, "GOD BLESS YOU" TO SOMEONE WHO SNEEZED, HAVE BANNED THE WEARING OF RELIGIOUS-THEMED ATTIRE/JEWELRY, BUT CROSS-DRESSING IS ACCEPTABLE, THE HIJAB,  IS ALLOWED, AS ARE THE GHUTRA AND EGAL.

THAT, ALSO, IS DISCRIMINATION. 

CAMPUSES EVERYWHERE ALLOW THE ATTIRE MANDATED BY ISLAM, SOME HAVE EVEN ADVISED ALL NON-MUSLIM FEMALE STUDENTS THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO WEAR A HEAD COVERING ON A FIELD TRIP TO A MOSQUE, COVER THEIR ANKLES, BUT THEY SURE  DIDN'T FORCE MUSLIM STUDENTS TO WEAR A CRUCIFIX OR CARRY A ROSARY TO A CATHOLIC CHURCH...WAIT, THEY DON'T FORCE MUSLIMS INTO CHRISTIAN CHURCHES. 

WHY ARE SCHOOL CHILDREN AS YOUNG AS SIX BEING TAUGHT HOW TO MASTURBATE, WHAT SODOMY MEANS, HOW TO 'TRANSGENDER', BUT STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REFUSE TO ATTEND THOSE CLASSES, UNLESS THEIR PARENTS GET INVOLVED, OR EVEN DEBATE THOSE ISSUES AS MORALLY WRONG?

US security officials have classified the left-wing group Antifa as "domestic terrorists".

"Previously unreported documents disclose that by April 2016, authorities believed that “anarchist extremists” were the primary instigators of violence at public rallies against a range of targets. They were blamed by authorities for attacks on the police, government and political institutions, along with symbols of “the capitalist system,” racism, social injustice and fascism, according to a confidential 2016 joint intelligence assessment by DHS and the FBI.

Some of the DHS and FBI intelligence reports began flagging the antifa protesters before the election.
“Everybody is wondering, 'What are we gonna do? How are we gonna deal with this?'” said the senior state law enforcement official. “Every time they have one of these protests where both sides are bringing guns, there are sphincters tightening in my world. Emotions get high, and fingers get twitchy on the trigger.”

Antifa counter-protesters initiated attacks in two previous clashes in Charlottesville, according to the law enforcement reports and interviews. 

At the Sacramento rally, antifa protesters came looking for violence, and “engaged in several activities indicating proficiency in pre-operational planning, to include organizing carpools to travel from different locations, raising bail money in preparation for arrests, counter-surveilling law enforcement using three-man scout teams, using handheld radios for communication, and coordinating the event via social media,” the DHS report said.

The purpose of the investigation, according to the April 2016 assessment: To determine whether the U.S.-based anarchists might start committing terrorist bombings like their counterparts in “foreign anarchist extremist movements” in Greece, Italy and Mexico, possibly at the Republican and Democratic conventions that summer.

And recent FBI and DHS reports confirm they are actively monitoring “conduct deemed potentially suspicious and indicative of terrorist activity” by antifa groups."

The website displayed propaganda images of violent attacks on persons wearing Trump campaign hats bearing the slogan, “Make America Great Again.” This kind of violence was a “necessary evil” to promote social justice and destroy “fascism.”
