6,792 of those were determined to be compensable, while 11,381 were dismissed.

Total compensation paid over the life of the program is approximately $4.2 billion."

CLEVELAND CLINIC FOUND THAT, AFTER A VACCINE, 'ANAPHYLAXIS IS NOT ALWAYS PROPERLY DIAGNOSED, NOT ALWAYS REPORTED, AND IS SOMETIMES MISCODED'.

BLACKMAIL BY VACCINE MAKERS?

JUSTICE SOTOMAYOR, with whom JUSTICE GINSBURG joins, dissenting:  
"Vaccine manufacturers have long been subject to a legal duty, rooted in basic principles of products liability law, to improve the designs of their vaccines in light of advances in science and technology. Until today, that duty was enforceable through a traditional state-law tort action for defective design. 

Its decision leaves a regulatory vacuum in which no one ensures that vaccine manufacturers adequately take account of scientific and technological advancements when designing or distributing their products. Because nothing in the text, structure, or legislative history of the Vaccine Act remotely suggests that Congress intended such a result, I respectfully dissent. 
...Congress must also have intended a vaccine manufacturer to demonstrate in each civil action that the particular side effects of a vaccine’s design were “unavoidable.”

ONCE UPON A TIME, THE CDC INCLUDED ON ITS OWN WEBSITE THE FACT THAT SV40 HAS BEEN FOUND IN SEVERAL HUMAN CANCERS.

IN JULY, 2013, THE REFERENCE TO THE LINK BETWEEN SV40 AND CANCER BECAME PUBLICLY AVAILABLE.

THE CDC THEN REMOVED THAT INFORMATION.
WHY?

"Cancer has risen exponentially since the 1960s, and
by 2002 there were 61 reports from 49 different laboratories across the world suggesting an increased incidence of certain cancers caused by SV40.

The British journal The Lancet revealed SV40 WAS responsible for over 25,000 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma each year.

"SV40 is significantly associated with some types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. These results add lymphomas to the types of human cancers associated with SV40."

By 2003, 60 more labs had been identified which demonstrated a connection to the SV40 virus and cancer."   

"Recently, several studies have reported the detection of DNA from simian virus 40 (SV40), a macaque polyomavirus, in tumor tissues obtained from non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) patients.

SV40 contaminated poliovirus vaccines administered to millions (ABOUT 95-100 MILLION) of individuals in 1955–1962.

A link between SV40 and NHL is biologically plausible because SV40 causes hematological malignancies in laboratory rodents."

FAR MORE INFANT DEATHS NOW

THE U.S. IS NOW #1 IN THE WORLD FOR FIRST-DAY INFANT MORTALITY.   
In 1983, children received up to 23 doses of 8 DIFFERENT vaccines before the age of eighteen. 

Today's children receive as many as 69 doses of 16 different vaccines, all given by the age of eighteen.

MOST OF THESE VACCINES ARE GIVEN TO CHILDREN BY AGE SIX, AND AT LEAST 20 OR SO ARE GIVEN BEFORE AGE TWO.

The continued use of mercury, MSG, formaldehyde and aluminum in vaccines is not in dispute. Not even vaccine advocates deny this fact.

Mercury, for example, has no safe level of exposure via injection. To inject a child with any amount of mercury -- even a single microgram -- is highly unethical and irresponsible. "...there are no existing guidelines for safe exposure to ethylmercury, the metabolite of thimerosal," says National Toxicology Programs in its own documents

If the CDC and the drug companies really wanted to win the vaccine wars, so to speak, all they would have to do is take the poisons out of the vaccines!   
If that really happened, most of the resistance to vaccines would fade away, and vaccines would be welcomed by a much larger segment of health-conscious consumers."

The following is a table of [current/2020] vaccines, the injuries, disabilities, illnesses, conditions, and deaths resulting from the administration of such vaccines, and the time period in which the first symptom or manifestation of onset or of the significant aggravation of such injuries, disabilities, illnesses, conditions, and deaths is to occur after vaccine administration for purposes of receiving compensation under the Program:

WE CANNOT POSSIBLY KNOW WHETHER OR NOT A YEAR, 10 YEARS, 20 YEARS OR MORE MAY PASS AND THEN ONE DAY EVIDENCE WILL COME TO LIGHT THAT CONFIRMS OUR DOUBTS ABOUT THE SAFETY OF "ALL" VACCINES. 

WILL EVEN ONE VACCINE BE SHOWN TO CAUSE SOME FATAL REACTION, SOME DEBILITATING COMPLICATION WHICH THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE OF BUT CHOSE NOT TO REVEAL?   
AS YOU CAN SEE, THAT HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. 

AND THAT, MY FRIENDS, IS THE SINGLE BULLET IN THAT 1000-CHAMBERED GUN.  

EVEN WITH 999 EMPTY CHAMBERS, THE RISK IS TOO GREAT TO PULL THE TRIGGER... ISN'T IT?  

EVERY PARENT HAS THE SAME RIGHT TO PROTECT HIS/HER CHILD AS OTHER PARENTS HAVE. 

IF A PARENT FEELS THAT CHILD'S RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH IS TOO GREAT, ONLY A HEARTLESS MONSTER WOULD FORCE THEM TO BE VACCINATED ANYWAY.  

The U.S. Center for Disease Control (as its name implies) represents one answer to these questions, while the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) champions the rights of individual families to refuse vaccines.

The CDC plainly states that "NO vaccine is 100% safe":

"Before vaccines are approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), scientists test them extensively to ensure they are effective and safe. Vaccines are the best defense we have against infectious diseases, but no vaccine is actually 100% safe or effective for everyone because each person’s body reacts to vaccines differently." [1, 2, 3]

The NVIC also makes a very important, sometimes neglected statement:

"Vaccination is a medical procedure which carries a risk of injury or death. As a parent, it is your responsibility to become educated about the benefits and risks of vaccines in order to make the most informed, responsible vaccination decisions."

How can anyone argue with that? 

IF ANTI-VACCINE PARENTS OUTNUMBERED PRO-VACCINE PARENTS, IMAGINE HOW PRO-VAC PARENTS WOULD FEEL BEING DENIED THE RIGHT TO VACCINATE THEIR CHILDREN. 

AS WE ASKED PARENTS MANY TIMES, "IF VACCINES WORK AS YOU IMAGINE THEY DO, THEN YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR FROM THE UNVACCINATED, DO YOU?"

I HAVE NO INTENTION OF EVER AGREEING WITH ANYONE THAT THE PARENT OF A CHILD HAS NO RIGHT TO DECIDE TO VACCINATE OR NOT VACCINATE THEIR CHILD. 

PARENTS WHO LOVE THEIR CHILDREN WILL CHOOSE WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS BEST FOR THEM.

I MERELY WISH ALL PARENTS WERE REQUIRED TO READ EVERY INSERT OF EVERY VACCINE OFFERED FOR CHILDREN AND WOULD TAKE JUST ONE FULL DAY, 24 HOURS, TO THEN RESEARCH EACH VACCINE FOR KNOWN HAZARDOUS "SIDE EFFECTS" FOR THEMSELVES. 

HOW EFFECTIVE IS EACH VACCINE?
WHY DO VACCINES FAIL?
WHAT IS THE VACCINE'S "HARM RATE"...DO 1% OR 10% OF VACCINATED KIDS SHOW POTENTIALLY HARMFUL SIDE EFFECTS? 
WHICH ADJUTANTS ARE IN THIS VACCINE? 
IS THIS VACCINE OR ITS ADJUTANTS BANNED IN OTHER NATIONS, AND, IF SO, WHY?

ASK..."WEIGHING THE BENEFIT AGAINST THE RISKS, AM I WILLING TO RISK THAT MY CHILD WILL NOT BE HARMED?" 

GO FROM THERE...AND LET EVERY PARENT MAKE THAT CALL. 

TO HELL WITH FORCING VACCINES OR FORCING A PARENT TO NOT VACCINATE. 
WE MUST ALL BE FREE TO MAKE THAT CHOICE. 

OUR CHILDREN SPRANG FROM OUR OWN BODIES, NOT FROM "THE STATE's".

More on the SV40, which my recent oncologist had never heard of. 
Currently facing my 6th, and 7th cancer since I was first diagnosed with a very rare cancer at age 19, 50+ years ago, I educated her, I hope, and then FIRED her.
When one has seen over 70 members of one's own family and 3 spouses die of cancer, and knows for a fact they ALL had that contaminated polio vaccine in the 1950s, one has little patience with ignorance of that from a medical professional.

-- Both Sabin’s live virus vaccine given orally and Salk’s inactivated virus vaccine given by injection were far from perfect. In fact, in 1955 the vaccine used in Berkley, California infected some 200 children, leaving several dead and many paralyzed. Yet this incident proved minor compared to what was later discovered.

In order to grow large quantities of the poliovirus, scientists needed to use Rhesus monkey kidney cells, which carried many different viruses. As a result, their polio vaccine became contaminated with a cancer-causing virus carried by these monkeys. This vaccine was given to almost 100 million people.

100 million trusting souls! 

Yes, that enrages me. 

-- CDC once stated that SV40 WAS linked to mesothelioma. 

IN TESTIMONY BEFORE CONGRESS, 1999, PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AT THE CONCLUSIONS REACHED BY STUDIES PRESENTED TO THE CONGRESSMEN AT THAT TIME:
"By means of vaccine policy (1), the federal government is effectively making critical medical decisions for an entire generation of American children.
The mechanism is a public-private partnership.

"Recommendations" issue from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, a small group whose members have incestuous ties (2) with agencies that stand to gain power, or manufacturers that stand to gain enormous profits, from the policy that is made.

Even if such members recuse themselves from specific votes, they are permitted to participate in discussions and thus influence the decision. 

Conclusions

Public policy regarding vaccines is fundamentally flawed.

It is permeated by conflicts of interest.
It is based on poor scientific methodology (including studies that are too small, too short, and too limited in populations represented), which is, moreover, insulated from independent criticism.

 The evidence is far too poor to warrant overriding the independent judgments of patients, parents, and attending physicians, even if this were ethically or legally acceptable.

Indeed, evidence is accumulating that serious adverse reactions are being ignored.

Although this statement has focused on hepatitis B vaccine, similar questions should be raised about others as well."
