ANNUAL U.S.ENERGY OUTLOOK TO BE RELEASED TODAY

NEWSFLASH, OR WHATEVER WE PREFER TO CALL IT:
At 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, EIA  (U.S. ENERGY INFORMATION ADMINISTRATION) will release the Annual Energy Outlook 2015 (AEO2015), which presents long-term projections of energy supply, demand, and prices through 2040.
[ RUN, RUN, THE SKY IS FALLING!   BE  AFRAID, BE  VERY AFRAID! ]
The analysis in AEO2015 focuses on six cases:
Reference,
Low and High Economic Growth,
Low and High Oil Price,
and High Oil and Gas Resource..
The shorter edition of the AEO includes a limited number of model updates, predominantly to reflect historical data updates and changes in legislation and regulation. The AEO2015 report includes the following major sections:
  • Economic growth
  • Energy prices
  • Delivered energy consumption by sector
  • Energy consumption by primary fuel
  • Energy intensity
  • Energy production, imports, and exports
  • Electricity generation
  • Energy-related carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions
EIA Administrator Adam Sieminski will present the findings of the AEO2015 at the Center for Strategic & International Studies during a 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time briefing, which can be viewed online.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) is a principal agency of the U.S. Federal Statistical System responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating energy information.
he Department of Energy Organization Act of 1977 established EIA as the primary federal government authority on energy statistics and analysis, building upon systems and organizations first established in 1974 following the oil market disruption of 1973.
The EIA conducts a comprehensive data collection program that covers the full spectrum of energy sources, end uses, and energy flows; generates short- and long-term domestic and international energy projections; and performs informative energy analyses.
By law, the EIA’s products are prepared independently of policy considerations.

[RIIIIIGHT, SURE, OKAY. "BY LAW" MEANS SO LITTLE HERE, DOESN'T IT, MY FELLOW AMERICANS?]

The EIA neither formulates nor advocates any policy conclusions.
The Department of Energy Organization Act allows the EIA’s processes and products to be independent from review by Executive Branch officials; specifically, Section 205(d) says:
“The Administrator shall not be required to obtain the approval of any other officer or employee of the Department in connection with the collection or analysis of any information; nor shall the Administrator be required, prior to publication, to obtain the approval of any other officer or employee of the United States with respect to the substance of any statistical or forecasting technical reports which he has prepared in accordance with law.”

[HELL, THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY WILL "ALLOW" ANYTHING FOR A FEW  KRUGERRANDS. THEY ALSO ACCEPT FIRSTBORN MALE CHILDREN AND VISA, BUT NOT MASTER CARD.]

SOME OF THE OFFERINGS ON THE EIA WEBSITE [http://www.eia.gov/] INCLUDE:
    • Energy Glossary: Common energy terms defined in plain language.
  • Timely Analysis
    • Today in Energy: Informative content published every weekday that includes a graph or map and a short, timely story written in plain language that highlights current energy issues, topics, and data trends.
    • This Week in Petroleum: Weekly summary and explanation of events in U.S. and world petroleum markets, including weekly data.
    • Natural Gas Weekly Update: Weekly summary and discussion of events and trends in U.S. natural gas markets.
  • Data and Surveys
    • Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Update: Weekly price data for U.S. national and regional averages.
    • Monthly Energy Review: Provides statistics on monthly and annual U.S. national energy consumption going back in some cases to 1949. The figures are given in units of quads (quadrillion BTUs.)
    • Annual Energy Review: EIA's primary report of historical annual energy statistics. For many series, data begin with the year 1949. This report has been superseded by the Monthly Energy Review and was not produced for 2012.
    • Country Energy Profiles: Data by country, region, and commercial group (OECD, OPEC) for 219 countries with additional country analysis notes for 87 of these.
    • Country Analysis Briefs: EIA's in-depth analyses of energy production, consumption, imports, and exports for 36 individual countries and regions.
    • Residential Energy Consumption Survey: EIA's comprehensive survey and analysis of residential energy consumption, household characteristics, and appliance saturation.
    • Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey: A national sample survey that collects information on the stock of U.S. commercial buildings, including their energy-related building characteristics and energy usage data (consumption and expenditures).
  • Forecasts and Outlooks
    • Short-Term Energy Outlook: Energy forecasts for the next 13-24 months, updated monthly.
    • Annual Energy Outlook: Projection and analysis of U.S. energy supply, demand, and prices through 2040 based on EIA's National Energy Modeling System. Projections are always based on current legislation.
    • International Energy Outlook: EIA's assessment of the outlook for international energy markets through 2040

THE EIA ALSO HAS A KIDDY PAGE.  THAT MAY BE THE BEST PART OF THEIR WEBSITE, ACTUALLY.

THE WALL STREET JOURNAL DOES NOT LIKE THE EIA.

"In March 2010, the Wall Street  reported that a large variety of problems with the EIA's collection of oil inventory data, including ancient technology and out-of-date methodology, have made it nearly impossible for staff to detect errors. A weak security system also left the data open to being hacked or leaked, according to documents obtained by newspaper."

IT IS THE OPINION OF THE HEMLOCK TEA ROOM AND LADIES' EMPORIUM THAT THE WALL STREET JOURNAL MADE A HYPOCRITE'S CALL ON THAT, AS THE WSJ IS SERIOUSLY TILTED TOWARD THE SHINING BEHINDS OF THOSE IT SUCKS UP TO...THE TOP 2% OF AMERICA 'S WEALTHIEST CITIZENS, PERHAPS AT THE BEHEST OF WALL STREET.

AS IS FORBES, FOR ANOTHER.

BOTH LOVE TO WHIP THEIR CLIENTELE INTO REGULAR FEARFUL FRENZIES WITH THEIR PREDICTIONS.
THEY DO KNOW HOW TO STEER THEIR LITTLE FLOCK OF BLIND SHEEPLE PEOPLE IN WHATEVER DIRECTION WALL STREET WOULD LIKE THEM TO GO.

FOR ME, THE NATIONAL INQUIRER IS AS BELIEVABLE AS THE WSJ.

AMERICA'S HONEST MAINSTREAM MEDIA NEWS SOURCES NUMBER EXACTLY....ZERO...NONE...NOT ONE.

I OFFERED THIS "NEWS RELEASE" BY THE EIA AS A SERVICE TO FOREIGN READERS HERE WHO MAY NOT KNOW IT EXISTS.

HOWEVER, A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF MY FELLOW AMERICANS MAY KNOW IT EXISTS AS WELL BECAUSE THE VAST MAJORITY OF MY FELLOW AMERICANS APPEAR TO ME, AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME, TO BE A DUMBED-DOWN FLOCK OF SHEEP WHO MAINLY CARE ABOUT BEING ENTERTAINED AND WELL-FED.

SO FEW WILL QUESTION ANYTHING THEY'RE TOLD OR FED THAT THE POLITICIANS AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, THE FEDERAL RESERVE AND BANKING ELITE DON'T EVEN PUT FORTH MUCH EFFORT TO HIDE ANYTHING ANYMORE.

JUST LET THE LEAKS HAPPEN, LET THE TRUTH BE OUT, THEN USE THE WORTHLESS MEDIA TO DO DAMAGE CONTROL AND LULL THE SHEEPLE BACK TO DREAMLAND.

FOX NEWS, HENCEFORTH AND FOREVERMORE REFERRED TO BY THE TEA ROOM AS "FAUX NEWS", WILL CONVINCE HALF OF AMERICA ALL IS EITHER WELL OR THE "OTHER SIDE'S FAULT" AND THE NEW YORK TIMES WILL DO THE SAME FOR THE OTHER HALF.

THE  "RIGHT WING" SHEEPLE WILL FLOCK TO THE CRAZIEST OF THE CRAZIES, LIMBAUGH AND BECK, AND THE "LEFT WING" SHEEPLE WILL HUDDLE AROUND,OH, MAYBE BASHAM AND BENDER.

ALL 4 OF THOSE GUYS SPEAK SHEEPLE FLUENTLY.

WELL, ANYWAY, TUNE IN TODAY TO SEE HOW THE CRYSTAL BALL GAZING GOES OVER AT THE EIA...

THE SEERS, WIZARDS AND WITCHES OF THE FINANCIAL WORLD  WILL BE UP AND STIRRING CAULDRONS, CASTING RUNES, SACRIFICING GOATS, WHATEVER TO INTERPRET/TRANSLATE TO THEIR RESPECTIVE FLOCKS WHAT THEY WANT THEIR SHEEP TO BELIEVE TODAY AFTER THE EIA HAS A GO AT IT.

IT SHOULD BE A REAL HOOT TO WATCH.

THE EIA REPORT...
EEE-I-EEE-I-O.
