SINCE AUGUST, 2013, THIS SAME THING HAS OCCURRED THREE TIMES...A TYPHOON, FOLLOWED BY EARTHQUAKE(S)!
OCTOBER 10, 2013, SAW ANOTHER SUCH INSTANCE OF THIS PHENOMENON, CAUSING SOME SCIENTISTS TO QUESTION IF THE 'EARTHQUAKES' WERE ACTUALLY HYDROGEN OR NUCLEAR EXPLOSIONS BENEATH OR IN THE FUKUSHIMA DAI'ICHI PLANT ITSELF!
WE KNOW FROM THOSE INSIDE THE RADIATION ZONE THAT PEOPLE ARE SICK AND DYING FROM RADIATION LEVELS THAT SUDDENLY SPIKE TO 100-300 TIMES THE PREVIOUS DAY'S LEVELS AFTER THESE FLOODS AND EARTHQUAKES.
MONDAY, SEPT. 16, 2013: RAIN FALLING AT OVER 3 INCHES PER HOUR , 500,000 FLEE AS TYPHOON LASHES NATION, 100MPH WINDS RECORDED.
The year’s 18th typhoon shot through central and northeast Honshu on Monday, unleashing torrential rain and strong winds on much of the main island, including Fukushima Prefecture, where radioactive water was discharged to prevent the troubled complex from flooding.Warning of “unprecedented heavy rain,” the Meteorological Agency issued “special warnings” to Fukui, Kyoto and Shiga, using a new warning system launched last month for the first time.
In Kyoto alone, some 268,000 residents were ordered to leave, including about 81,000 in Fukuchiyama.
EXTREME FLOODING, 8 TO 15 INCHES OF RAIN...WHEN THE BUILDINGS AND CRANES ARE ALREADY IN DANGER OF TOPPLING.
~AFP, Sept. 15, 2013: With torrential rains from typhoon expected Monday, more contaminated water is feared to seep into the groundwater of Fukushima nuclear plant.
~Inquisitr, Sept. 15, 2013: Officials warned of floods and strong winds that could go on to hit the damaged Fukushima nuclear plant. The storm was carrying winds up to 144 kilometres (90 miles) per hour overnight Sunday. With even more torrential rain expected on Monday, the fear is that more contaminated water will seep into the groundwater. Workers frantically pumped water from around highly radioactive tanks at the plant to lower the risk. Officials hope that the latest Japan typhoon will not further complicate the work at the Fukushima plant.

<<Damaged Fukushima plant on typhoon alert.
Workers at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant are preparing for the approaching storm.
Tokyo Electric Power Company workers have placed weights on large cranes used to move debris around the reactor building to keep them from being toppled by strong winds.
They also attached ropes to outdoor piping and pumps that are used to inject water into the reactors>>
ROPES? JUST ROPES? AS THE MAP SHOWS THE TYPHOON IS MOVING IN, WILL AFFECT THE PLANT FOR 2 DAYS!
<<By Sunday afternoon, it has already brought heavy rain fall of 41.5 millimeters per hour ( ABOUT 1 3/4 INCHES PER HOUR) in town near the crippled power plant.
The operators are strengthening patrols to prevent rain from entering and overflowing the basement of turbine buildings and the underground tunnel where highly contaminated water has accumulated.
They found water overflowing from a fence around storage tanks near the Number 4 reactor on Sunday afternoon.>>
Wall St. Journal: September 12, 2013: <<They appear to be losing the battle at festering Fukushima plant — Leaks sprouting above and below ground — Response is frantic, desperate, and dangerously haphazard.
They don’t know where Fukushima’s melted fuel cores are, or in what state — Expert: “It’s important to think of worst-case scenario”… Even greater levels of contamination may be on the way — Plant “built on a river”>>

Recent Earthquake Near Near East Coast Of Honshu, Japan
September 18, 2013 00:27 UTC
[NOTE: THIS WAS LATER LISTED AS A 6.5 QUAKE, NO TSUNAMI WARNING.]
THE AREA HAS ALSO SUFFERED 27 EARTHQUAKES OF GREATER THAN 4.5 MAGNITUDE IN THE PAST 30 DAYS, INCLUDING THE ABOVE 6.5 ON SEPT 3, AND TWO RECENT 4.6 AND 4.7 MAGNITUDE QUAKES THIS WEEK JUST OFFSHORE OF FUKUSHIMA.
"'There are a staggering 4,400 tons of nuclear fuel rods at Fukushima, which greatly dwarfs the total size of radiation sources at Chernobyl.'"
"'...former Japanese prime minister Naoto Kan told the Japanese parliament to abandon nuclear power. He confessed that he, as head of government, was partly responsible for the nuclear disaster at Fukushima. While criticising the role of the Tokyo Electrical Power Company and decades of lobbying by the nuclear power industry, Kan said, they have “dominated the nuclear power industry for the last 40 years.” Vested interests, similar to the former Imperial Japanese military, have created a “nuclear clique” and the rules of the game, they “expelled and isolated industry experts, politicians and bureaucrats who were critical, while the rest just looked on because of self-protection and an attitude of peace-at-any-cost.'” (“Nuclear Dictatorship in Japan,” World War 4 Report, citing Voice Of America account, May 28, 2012).
"'A news report says that Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare is investigating a report that workers at Fukushima had been urged to cover up unsafe radiation levels'" (CNN, AFP, July 21, 2012).
NOW WE KNOW THAT WAS INDEED THE CASE.

<<Arnie Gundersen, Nuclear energy expert, Fairewinds Energy Education: Think of a fuel rack as a pack of cigarettes and you try to pull a cigarette out, you pull the cigarette out, it will come out just fine. But if the pack is distorted and you pull the cigarette out, it breaks. Well that’s the problem they’re going to encounter on Fukushima Daiichi Unit 4. The racks are distorted from the earthquake — oh, by the way, the roof has fallen in, which further distorted the racks.
The net effect is they’ve got the bundles of fuel, the cigarettes in these racks, and as they pull them out, they’re likely to snap a few. When you snap a nuclear fuel rod, that releases radioactivity again, so my guess is, it’s things like krypton-85, which is a gas, cesium will also be released, strontium will be released. They’ll probably have to evacuate the building for a couple of days. They’ll take that radioactive gas and they’ll send it up the stack, up into the air, because xenon can’t be scrubbed, it can’t be cleaned, so they’ll send that radioactive xenon up into the air and purge the building of all the radioactive gases and then go back in and try again.
It’s likely that that problem will exist on more than one bundle. So over the next year or two, it wouldn’t surprise me that either they don’t remove all the fuel because they don’t want to pull too hard, or if they do pull to hard, they’re likely to damage the fuel and cause a radiation leak inside the building. So that’s problem #2 in this process, getting the fuel out of Unit 4 is a top priority I have, but it’s not going to be easy. Tokyo Electric is portraying this as easy. In a normal nuclear reactor, all of this is done with computers. Everything gets pulled perfectly vertically. Well nothing is vertical anymore, the fuel racks are distorted, it’s all going to have to be done manually. The net effect is it’s a really difficult job. It wouldn’t surprise me if they snapped some of the fuel and they can’t remove it.>>
AND STILL THE NATIONS OF EARTH ARE NOT RUNNING TO HELP JAPAN ON THIS.
NO ONE OFFERS ANY HOPE NOR HELP FOR THE MILLIONS AFFECTED THERE BY THIS DISASTER AND ENSUING COVERUP.
THE JAPANESE GOVERNMENT CONTINUES TO PAINT A ROSY PICTURE, SAYING CHILDREN THERE ARE "PLAYING OUTDOORS UNDER BLUE SKIES" WHEN CHILDREN ARE ONLY ALLOWED OUTDOORS FOR NO MORE THAN 30 MINUTES BECAUSE OF THE INTENSE RADIATION, AND ARE WARNED NOT TO TOUCH METAL!
34,000 SCHOOL CHILDREN GO TO SCHOOL EACH DAY WEARING RADIATION BADGES, BUT MANY DON'T EVEN HAVE THAT!
