42% OF COVID-19 DEATHS CAUSED BY MEDICAL ERROR.
MEDICAL ERROR IS DEFINED AS ...
"a preventable adverse effect of medical care, whether or not it is evident or harmful to the patient.”
A Johns Hopkins study released in 2016 estimated that roughly 250,000 people die annually because of medical errors. That would make medical errors the third leading cause of death in the United States, behind only heart disease and cancer.
EVERY YEAR IN AMERICA, PREVENTABLE MEDICAL ERROR KILLS 250,000 TO 440,000 OF OUR CITIZENS.
An estimated 10 percent of ALL U.S. deaths are due to preventable medical mistakes.

Let that sink in: 42% of all COVID-19 deaths are taking place in facilities that house just 0.62% of the U.S. population. And 42% could be an undercount.
States like New York exclude from their nursing home death tallies those who die in a hospital, even if they were originally infected in an assisted living facility.
The data analysis showed the coding system used to categorize death certificate data doesn't capture information that may have led to unrecognized surgical complications, inappropriate medications, diagnostic errors or poor judgment.
CDC: 94% of Covid-19 deaths had underlying medical conditions.
"COVID-19 deaths are identified using a new ICD–10 code. When COVID-19 is reported as a cause of death – or when it is listed as a “probable” or “presumed” cause — the death is coded as U07.1. This can include cases with or without laboratory confirmation."

"They put him as COVID. He didn't have COVID. He had a stroke," she said. "The MRI showed that he had multiple strokes in the brain, and also he had a blood clot."
TV Station's Investigation Finds Eight Deaths That Had Nothing to Do With COVID-19
WPEC-TV reported on July 23 that their investigation uncovered several examples in Palm Beach County, Florida, of people counted as a COVID-19 death who did not die from the coronavirus.
The station's investigative team found eight cases in which a person was counted as a COVID death, but did not have COVID listed as a contributing cause of death, including a 60-year-old man who died from a gunshot wound to the head, a 90-year-old man who fell and died from complications of a hip fracture, and a 77-year-old woman who died of Parkinson's disease.
"I think it is completely misleading," Rachel Eade, a Palm Beach County resident who has been researching the same issue, told WPEC-TV.
She said of the 581 deaths on the spreadsheet provided by the medical examiner, only 169 deaths are listed as COVID without any contributing factors.
One Man Killed in a Motorcycle Crash Counted as COVID-19 Fatality
In a separate incident, Orlando television station WOFL reported a Florida man who died in a motorcycle crash was also counted as a COVID-19 death by the state health department.
The station's reporter found out about the mistake after asking Orange County Health Officer Dr. Raul Pino whether two coronavirus victims who were in their 20s had any underlying conditions.
"The first one didn't have any. He died in a motorcycle accident," Pino said.
A spokesman for the Florida Department of Heath later told the station the man's death had been removed from the state's tally of COVID-19 deaths.
CDC Director Testifies Hospitals Have a Monetary Incentive to Overcount COVID Deaths.
CDC director Robert Redfield recently admitted that financial policies likely have resulted in artificially elevated hospitalization rates and death toll statistics.
During a House panel hearing on July 31, US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) director Robert Redfield acknowledged during questioning by a Republican lawmaker that hospitals have a monetary incentive to overcount coronavirus deaths as they do deaths for other diseases, Breitbart News reported.
"I think you're correct in that we've seen this in other disease processes too, really in the HIV epidemic, somebody may have a heart attack, but also have HIV — the hospital would prefer the classification for HIV because there's greater reimbursement," Redfield said when asked to comment by Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO) on the "perverse incentive."
"So I do think there's some reality to that. When it comes to death reporting, though, ultimately, it's how the physician defines it in the death certificate and… we review all of those death certificates," he noted. "So I think, probably it is less operable in the cause of death, although I won't say there are not some cases. I do think though... when it comes to hospital reimbursement issues or individuals that get discharged, there could be some play in that for sure.
As of May 2020, 42% of all COVID-19 deaths in the U.S. had occurred in nursing homes, primarily in states where governors had forced long-term care facilities to accept Covid-19-infected patients, which was a huge medical mistake.
Let that sink in: 42% of all COVID-19 deaths are taking place in facilities that house just 0.62% of the U.S. population. And 42% could be an undercount.

WHY HIDE THE REALITY?
THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY ALLOWED NON-MEDICAL GOVERNORS TO SEAL THE FATE OF THOUSANDS OF NURSING HOME/ASSISTED CARE PATIENTS.
THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY ALLOWED NON-MEDICAL GOVERNORS TO SEAL THE FATE OF THOUSANDS OF NURSING HOME/ASSISTED CARE PATIENTS.
THAT WAS CRIMINALLY MEDICALLY UNETHICAL.
THOSE DEATHS WERE PREVENTABLE HAD PHYSICIANS JUST SAID "HELL NO!"
Nursing homes and assisted care facilities have suffered the lion's share of illness and death during the pandemic, according a report from the Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity:
--Four out of every 5 COVID-19 deaths in Minnesota have been among nursing home employees and residents.
--Nursing homes also account for more than 3 out of 5 COVID-19 deaths in Oregon, Washington, Nebraska, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and nearly all the New England States.

What he says:
"We are afraid that 1 million infections with the new virus will lead to 30 deaths per day over the next 100 days. But we do not realise that 20, 30, 40 or 100 patients positive for normal coronaviruses are already dying every day.
[The government’s anti-COVID19 measures] are grotesque, absurd and very dangerous […] The life expectancy of millions is being shortened. The horrifying impact on the world economy threatens the existence of countless people. The consequences on medical care are profound. Already services to patients in need are reduced, operations cancelled, practices empty, hospital personnel dwindling. All this will impact profoundly on our whole society.
All these measures are leading to self-destruction and collective suicide based on nothing but a spook."

And other respiratory illness viruses, we don’t always know what they are. But I’ve never seen this reaction, and I’m trying to understand why."
Others had stronger words, but all agreed, the CDC's measures were "draconian", not based on good science, not based on evidence, and were terribly wrong.
As for the WHO, in May 2017, when Tedros emerged as the top candidate in a three-way race to lead the WHO, the New York Times reported accusations that Tedros covered up three cholera epidemics in Ethiopia when he was the country's health minister between 2005 and 2012. He has been accused by some of crimes against humanity back in Ethiopia.
The physicians were right, CDC/WHO were wrong, and soon the 12 were joined by hundreds, then thousands of other physicians who still say the CDC and WHO made senseless mistakes in how they handled this thing from the beginning, mistakes that cost untold lives, "medical errors", errors in logic, errors in data, too many errors.
WHO WILL PAY FOR THESE COUNTLESS MEDICAL AND ETHICAL ERRORS?
NOT CDC, NOT THE WHO, NOT GOVERNORS...ONLY THE SICK PAID, MANY WITH THEIR LIVES.
But well after hospitalizations peaked, governors like New York’s Andrew Cuomo were doubling down on their mandates.
As recently as April 23, Cuomo declared that nursing homes “don’t have a right to object”.
In 2017, medical mistakes were found to affect 1 in 5 people. Common examples of medical mistakes included receiving the wrong medication, having the wrong procedure done, waking up during surgery or acquiring a hospital-related infection.

HOW ANY PHYSICIAN COULD HAVE ETHICALLY ALLOWED ANY GOVERNOR, ANYONE TO TOSS COVID-POSITIVE PATIENTS IN WITH THE MOST VULNERABLE, FRAGILE ELDERLY, A "CAPTIVE POPULATION", IS BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION.
SOME OF THOSE SAME GOVERNORS WERE RELEASING PRISONERS TO SAVE THEM FROM CONTRACTING THE DAMNED VIRUS, BUT WERE ALMOST SURELY SENTENCING INNOCENT SENIOR CITIZENS TO BEING INFECTED AND POSSIBLY DYING FROM THE SAME VIRUS.
WHY?
SOME OF THOSE SAME GOVERNORS WERE RELEASING PRISONERS TO SAVE THEM FROM CONTRACTING THE DAMNED VIRUS, BUT WERE ALMOST SURELY SENTENCING INNOCENT SENIOR CITIZENS TO BEING INFECTED AND POSSIBLY DYING FROM THE SAME VIRUS.
WHY?
Seven states have thus far refused to report COVID nursing home deaths—Hawaii, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri, Michigan, and Vermont.
WHY HIDE THE DEATHS CAUSED THERE BY INEPT GOVERNORS' "MANDATES"?
WHY NOT HOLD THOSE GOVERNORS AND NURSING HOME DOCTORS ACCOUNTABLE?
They need to start reporting their death tolls in long-term care facilities. The federal government has instituted such a requirement for nursing home deaths occurring after May 5, but as Ohio teaches us, it is also important to get the data from the previous several months.
On March 17, as the pandemic was just beginning to accelerate, Stanford epidemiologist John Ioannidis warned that “even some so-called mild or common-cold-type coronaviruses have been known for decades [to] have case fatality rates as high as 8% when they infect people in nursing homes.” Ioannidis was ignored.
Ioannidis was one of the first 12 medical experts who strongly disagreed with the WHO and CDC calling for lockdowns, mandatory masks and stay-home orders for the young and healthy, school closings, etc, none of which, once implemented, have stopped or hardly slowed the spread of the new virus.
“Draconian countermeasures have been adopted in many countries…The data collected so far on how many people are infected and how the epidemic is evolving are utterly unreliable…How can policy-makers tell if they are doing more good than harm? [Covid-19] may be a once-in-a-lifetime evidence fiasco. This evidence fiasco creates tremendous uncertainty about the risk of dying from Covid-19.

On March 29, as Pennsylvania, New York and other states began ordering nursing homes to admit "medically stable" residents infected with the coronavirus, national trade groups warned it could unnecessarily cost more lives.
The health directives put “frail and older adults who reside in nursing homes at risk” and would “result in more people going to the hospital and more deaths,” the American Health Care Association and affiliates said at the time.

New York, New Jersey, Michigan forced nursing homes to accept infected patients.
States like New York, New Jersey, and Michigan actually ordered nursing homes to accept patients with active COVID-19 infections who were being discharged from hospitals.
Nearly one-tenth of all New Jersey's long-term care residents have died from COVID-19.
In Pennsylvania, about 65% of coronavirus deaths were nursing-home residents, and in counties in the hardest hit southeastern part of the state, long-term care residents account for as much as 80% of county deaths.
About 58% of the deaths in Delaware lived in nursing homes, and 46% of the fatalities in Maryland were at nursing homes.
The most charitable interpretation of these orders is that they were designed to ensure that states would not overcrowd their ICUs.

HOW CAN HE LIVE WITH HIMSELF SINCE HE DID THAT?
WHY DIDN'T PHYSICIANS DEMAND A STOP TO IT?
CUOMO IS NO PHYSICIAN, NOT EVEN A "MEDICAL EXPERT", SO HOW WAS HE ALLOWED TO PULL OFF SUCH A MONUMENTAL MEDICAL ERROR?
Contrast the decisions by governors like Cuomo and Whitmer in Michigan with those of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
In Florida, all nursing home workers were required to be screened for COVID-19 symptoms before entering a facility. On March 15, before most states had locked down, DeSantis signed an executive order that banned nursing home visitations from friends and family, and also banned hospitals from discharging SARS-CoV-2-infected patients into long-term care facilities.
Florida also prioritized long-term care facilities for personal protective equipment, or PPE, with the understanding that it was just as important, if not more so, to protect workers at nursing homes and assisted living facilities. “If I can send PPE to the nursing homes, and they can prevent an outbreak there, that’s going to do more to lower the burden on hospitals than me just sending them another 500,000 N95 masks,” said DeSantis.
"WELLS OF INFECTION"
"The care centers serve as a "well of infection" for the coronavirus that will continue to feed the ongoing epidemic," said Donald Taylor, director of the Duke University Social Science Research Institute in Durham, N.C.
"I believe if we don't manage to control the epidemic within nursing homes, we're not going to control it in the United States," Taylor said.
He and other experts are calling for a renewed emphasis on nursing homes as a way of tackling the COVID-19 pandemic, using many of the same infection control tools needed throughout the nation's communities.
These include improved social distancing, better use of protective equipment, and above all else -- regular COVID-19 testing for every patient and worker at a nursing home, regardless of whether they are showing symptoms of infection.
"Without a broad-scale asymptomatic testing approach, we will not deal with the epidemic in skilled nursing facilities," Taylor said.
"The reality is one asymptomatic worker or one asymptomatic patient coming in can undo the best infection control, unfortunately."
The most severe COVID-19 cases occur in older and infirm people, as well as folks with chronic health problems that leave their immune systems compromised. The typical resident of a nursing home falls into one or more of those categories.

Brett Giroir with the U.S. Health and Human Services Department also told lawmakers the COVID-19 death statistics the HHS has been receiving from states “are over-inflated”.
According to the CDC guidelines:
"In cases where a definite diagnosis of COVID cannot be made but is suspected or likely (e.g. the circumstances are compelling with a reasonable degree of certainty) it is acceptable to report COVID-19 on a death certificate as 'probable' or 'presumed.'"
[Find that sentence on page 2 of the pdf just above the phrase "COMMON PROBLEMS" in green bold type.]
Indeed, reporting deaths as COVID-19 deaths, without factual proof that the patient was in fact infected and actually died of the illness, is a clear manipulation of the statistics that drive up the perceived death rate.
The website for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention lists 3,721 coronavirus deaths that are characterized as "intentional and unintentional injury, poisoning and other adverse events."
“We all saw the motorcycle accident with COVID on the death certificate,” political analyst Phil Kerpen tweeted. “A rarity? Not really The CDC reports that 3,721 death certificates in the COVID count also list ‘intentional and unintentional injury, poisoning and other adverse events.’”

Across the country, other questions have been raised about the death count, including from a coroner in Colorado who alleged that a man who died from alcohol poisoning was listed as a coronavirus death, and coroners in Pennsylvania raised similar concerns.
Health officials in Texas recently removed over 3,000 coronavirus deaths that had been listed as “probable” who never tested positive for the virus, leading one news reporter in Texas to ask the question, “What other departments make this same mistake?”
The Tennessee Star reported, "Minnesota State Sen. Scott Jensen (R-Chaska), a practicing physician, sounded the alarm Tuesday about a CDC guidance that gives doctors the authority to include “suspected or likely” cases of COVID-19 on death certificates.
Jensen said the document, which was sent to him by the Minnesota Department of Health, suggests that he could include a diagnosis of COVID-19 on death certificates even if there were no official lab results confirming the diagnosis.
Jensen made the shocking claim during an interview on Point of View with Chris Berg.
“As a physician, I received an email last week from the Department of Health coaching me on how to fill out death certificates and I’ve never really received coaching from the vital statistics agency in terms of how to do a death certificate.
Basically, I felt like they were saying, ‘You know, you don’t have to have a confirmed laboratory test for COVID-19 in order to make the death certificate be COVID-19,’” he said.
He called the guidance “concerning” and said doctors never place “probabilities” or “presumptions” on death certificates, but “just the facts.”
“Fear is a great way to control people and I worry about that. We’re so darn interested in jazzing up the fear factor that sometimes people’s ability to think for themselves is paralyzed if their frightened enough. That’s not where I want people to be,” he continued."

FROM PROPUBLICA:
On Feb. 13, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention sent out an email with what the author described as an “URGENT” call for help.
The agency was struggling with one of its most important duties: keeping track of Americans suspected of having the novel coronavirus. It had “an ongoing issue” with organizing — and sometimes flat-out losing — forms sent by local agencies about people thought to be infected. The email listed job postings for people who could track or retrieve this paperwork.
"And these accidental injury deaths are a bigger share of the COVID death certificate counts in the younger age groups. 9.1% of under 25 and 8.6% of 25-34." pic.twitter.com/Q7qHHZciqY— Phil Kerpen (@kerpen) July 23, 2020

The documents — mostly emails — provide a behind-the-scenes peek into the messy early stages of the U.S. response to the coronavirus, revealing an antiquated public health system trying to adapt on the fly. What comes through clearly is confusion.
On Feb. 16, a CDC staff member sent a message to colleagues about a buggy electronic traveler screening questionnaire that wouldn’t save correctly, among other issues. Also, the tool’s drop down field auto-populated with “United Kingdom” instead of “United States,” forcing users to type “United States of America.”
AND ON IT GOES, FAIL, FAIL, FAIL AND FAUCI IS AS GUILTY AS ANYONE AT CDC.
IF YOU FOLLOW THE MEDICAL NEWS, YOU'VE SEEN THE THOUSANDS OF AMERICAN PHYSICIANS WHO HAVE SPOKEN OUT AGAINST THE CDC AND W.H.O.'s HANDLING OF THIS BS GET LAMBASTED IN THE PRESS, BY CDC/WHO AND OTHERS THAT WANT AMERICA TO "BE AFRAID, BE VERY, VERY AFRAID", WHO WANT US TO NOT GO TO THE POLLS, NOT GO TO CHURCH, NOT LEAD NORMAL LIVES LIKE WE DID DURING EACH PANDEMIC BEFORE THIS ONE, EACH KILLER FLU SEASON, DURING OUR CURRENT UPSURGE OF DEADLY TUBERCULOSIS.
NEITHER MERS NOR EBOLA ELICITED THIS TYPE FEAR FACTOR AND CRAZED WARNINGS FROM ANY NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL "HEALTH AGENCY".
I AM OF THE OPINION THAT, HAD THIS CV-19 HAPPENED DURING THE OBAMA OR BILL CLINTON ADMINISTRATION, WE WOULD NEVER HAVE GONE TO LOCKDOWN, WOULD NEVER HAVE COLLAPSED OUR ECONOMY OVER A CORONAVIRUS.
BUSH 2, AFTER ALL, HAD THE FIRST SARS-COVID GOING ON DURING HIS TERM AND LOOK HOW THAT WAS PLAYED.

13,110,247 currently active cases with 99% of those in Mild Condition.
MILD.
7.8 BILLION HUMANS, ONE FULL YEAR, LESS THAN 50 MILLION CASES, 99% ARE AND HAVE BEEN MILD.
ADD TO THAT THE CDC-STATED FACT THAT ONLY 6% OF DEATHS WERE 100% SOLELY CAUSED BY JUST COVID-19, NO COMORBITITIES.
THE CDC ALLOWS PHYSICIANS TO "GUESS" THAT A PERSON DIED OF CV-19, NO LAB TEST, NO AUTOPSY REQUIRED.
THE CDC DIRECTOR REDFIELD ADMITS REPORTED NUMBERS OF DEATHS MAY BE ELEVATED SO PROVIDERS GET PAID MORE MONEY.
THE VAST MAJORITY OF DEATHS ARE IN THE OVER 60 AGE GROUP, WITH A WHOPPING 42% OF ALL U.S. DEATHS COMING FROM NURSING HOMES/CARE FACILITIES, WHERE PATIENTS WERE NOT ADEQUATELY PROTECTED.
IN NEW YORK STATE, WHERE CUOMO ADMITTED THAT THE MAJORITY OF CASES CAME FROM STAY-AT-HOME, MASK-WEARING, MANDATE-COMPLIANT CITIZENS, WE CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT NOTHING HAS YET TO STOP THE SPREAD OF THE "NOVEL VIRUS".
THE U.S. IS A DISASTER AMONG NATIONS.
CDC REFUSED EARLY TESTING OF ALL AMERICANS, SOMETHING THAT ITALY DID TO SLOW THEIR SPREAD CONSIDERABLY IN A SHORT TIME.
EVEN INDIA HAS A BETTER RECORD AT SLOWING THE VIRUS THAN THE U.S.
WHY?
HOW CAN WE MAKE THEM TELL US THE TRUTH ABOUT WHY?

END NOTES:
--As I showed in a previous blog, the CDC filed a patent application on SARS-CoV in 2004; it was granted in 2007.
The specific patent of SARS-CoV is "Coronavirus isolated from humans," Patent #7,220,852 B1 and includes the "isolated coronavirus genome, isolated coronavirus proteins, and isolated nucleic acid molecules." About 20 pages of the patent describe the process of isolating the genome, including the synthesis of cDNA.
SARS-CoV isn't the same as COVID-19, which is technically called SARS-CoV-2. While the viruses are from the same family, they differ in a number of key factors — SARS-CoV-2 is only about 79% correlated to SARS-CoV.
THE NEAREST 'MATCH' TO SARS-COV-2 IS A BAT VIRUS NAMED RaTG13, ONLY 96% SIMILAR TO SARS-COV-2.THIS VIRUS WAS DISCOVERED AND STUDIED BY A CHINESE RESEARCHER WORKING AT THAT WUHAN LAB FOR 15 YEARS.
COINCIDENCE, SURELY?
It's true that the Patent Act prohibits patents on "natural phenomena," and the Supreme Court ruled in 2013 that a naturally occurring DNA segment is a product of nature and not eligible for patent protection. However, the high court found that complimentary DNA — known as cDNA — "is not a 'product of nature' and is patent eligible under (the law)."
The CDC said it filed a SARS-CoV patent to preserve access.
In May 2005, CDC spokesman Llelwyn Grant told the Associated Press that "the whole purpose of the patent is to prevent folks from controlling the technology."
"This is being done to give the industry and other researchers reasonable access to the samples," he added.
Later that month, then-CDC Director Dr. Julie Gerberding reiterated the importance of open access to the virus and its genome at a press conference.
"The concern that the federal government is looking at right now is that we could be locked out of this opportunity to work with this virus if it's patented by someone else," Gerberding wrote. "By initiating steps to secure patent rights, we assure that we will be able to continue to make the virus and the products from the virus available in the public domain, and that we can continue to promote the rapid technological transfer of this biomedical information into tools and products that are useful to patients."
--Even when individual physicians favor disclosing errors that cause harm to their patients,
additional barriers exist at the level of health care institutions, malpractice insurers and national health policy. In addition, few physicians receive any training in disclosing errors.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention administers the SAP, which regulates the laboratories that may possess, use, or transfer Select Agents within the United States. The Project Bioshield Act was passed by Congress in 2004 calling for $5 billion for purchasing vaccines that would be used in the event of a bioterrorist attack.
This was a ten-year program to "acquire medical countermeasures to biological, chemical, radiological and nuclear agents for civilian use."

THIS NEW VIRUS WAS NOT FOUND IN ANY OF THE 585 SAMPLES COLLECTED FROM THAT WUHAN MARKET NEAR THAT WUHAN LAB.
ONE-THIRD OF THE FIRST HUMANS INFECTED HAD NEVER BEEN TO THAT MARKET.
THE NEW VIRUS WAS NOT FOUND IN PANGOLINS, PALM CIVET CATS, OR BATS THAT CAME FROM AS FAR AWAY AS MALAYSIA.

From the report:Ming Lin, an emergency room physician in Washington state, said he was told Friday he was out of a job because he'd given an interview to a newspaper about a Facebook post detailing what he believed to be inadequate protective equipment and testing.
In Chicago, a nurse was fired after emailing colleagues that she wanted to wear a more protective mask while on duty. In New York, the NYU Langone Health system has warned employees they could be terminated if they talk to the media without authorization."
