UNICEF DEMANDS EUTHANASIA FOR CHILDREN, SAME AS ADULTS

UNICEF, A UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION, WANTS EUTHANASIA OF CHILDREN TO BE ALLOWED, "SAME AS FOR ADULTS", BUT SUGGESTS THERE NEED NOT BE A "TERMINAL ILLNESS" INVOLVED, AND THAT EUTHANASIA FOR THE MENTALLY ILL SHOULD ALSO BE CONSIDERED.


By extending its euthanasia law to minors in 2014, Belgium has fueled the international debate on this issue.
In fact, Medicine does not always have something to offer when it comes to a child’s serious disease.
Nevertheless, should euthanasia be considered a viable solution?

ABUSE OF EUTHANASIA IN THE UK, INFANTS ALLOWED TO DIE
An article that was written by Sue Reid and Simon Caldwell and published on November 28 in the Daily  Mail newspaper in the UK under the title:
"Now Sick Babies go on Death Pathway: Doctor's haunting testimony reveals how children are put on end-of-life plan" explains how babies with disabilities were intentionally killed through the abuse of the Liverpool Pathway.

The article stated:

Sick children are being discharged from NHS hospitals to die at home or in hospices on controversial ‘death pathways’. 

Until now, end of life regime the Liverpool Care Pathway was thought to have involved only elderly and terminally-ill adults. 

But the Mail can reveal the practice of withdrawing food and fluid by tube is being used on young patients as well as severely disabled newborn babies.

One doctor has admitted starving and dehydrating ten babies to death in the neonatal unit of one hospital alone. 

Writing in a leading medical journal, the physician revealed the process can take an average of ten days during which a  baby becomes ‘smaller and shrunken’."

WHAT, IN GOD'S NAME, HAVE WE COME TO?

May 27, 2016  (LifeSiteNews) — UNICEF Canada is pushing for assisted suicide and euthanasia for children — or “mature minors” — arguing that this conforms with the Charter, Canadian legal precedent and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

That would include euthanasia or assisted suicide for mature minors who suffer from a non-terminal illness or disability, according to UNICEF Canada’s policy director Marvin Bernstein.

UNICEF, or United Nations Children’s Fund (originally, Emergency Fund) is a UN organization that is, according to its website, “on a mission to reach every child and ensure their well-being, no matter where they are in this world.”
“There’s no limit to the lengths UNICEF will go, the risks we’ll take or the depth of our commitment to save children’s lives,” it reads. “We are committed to take action, save, rehabilitate and watch over children, with a special attention to the most vulnerable and excluded groups.”

Bernstein reiterated UNICEF Canada’s pro-euthanasia position during the Senate legal committee’s hearings into the Liberal government’s controversial euthanasia law, Bill C-14.

The legislation amends the Criminal Code in light of the Supreme Court’s February 2015 Carter ruling, which ruled the current ban on assisted suicide and euthanasia violates the Charter, and comes into effect June 6.

Carter ruled “competent adults” had a Charter right to seek assisted suicide or euthanasia, and Bill C-14 limited eligibility to be killed in this way to persons aged 18 and over.

The bill’s eligibility criteria also include that the individual have a grievous and irremediable disease or disability that causes unendurable suffering, is in an advanced state of irreversible decline, and his or her natural death is reasonably foreseeable.

“UNICEF believes that this right should be extended to mature minors who are competent to make end-of-life decisions for themselves,” Bernstein told the committee May 12, “but with additional potential safeguards as a measure of last resort.”

The Supreme Court had given “competent, mature minors” “the rights to make health and survival-related decisions” in its 2009 AC v Manitoba  ruling, which found that it was “arbitrary” to assume anyone under age 16 was not competent to make medical decisions, he said.

UNICEF also supported the recommendation by the joint parliamentary committee that mature minors be eligible for assisted suicide or euthanasia in the second of a two-stage legislative roll-out, “which would come into force no later than three years after the first stage is enforced,” noted Bernstein.

The three-year period “would allow sufficient time for informed research and broad-based consultation to occur and the appropriate safeguards and due care considerations to be identified.”

But UNICEF Canada further proposed that in the three-year interim, children be allowed to petition a Superior Court to be allowed assistance to kill themselves, or to killed by lethal injection.

That recommendation was “so we don't have an unfair prejudicial situation continuing for three years with no remedy that can be accessed by mature minors,” Bernstein said.

“Do you not see a major problem with the consideration of allowing vulnerable children to request assisted death?” Conservative Manitoba Senator Don Plett asked. 

 “Have these children, in your opinion, reached their full potential?”

There “may be children who are experiencing irremediable conditions, intolerable and enduring suffering,” replied Bernstein, “and they should have the right when they reach a point of sufficient maturity to make some determinations for themselves.”

If “a competent adult has the right to access medical assistance in dying, based upon a certain set of circumstances and conditions, that should not be denied, not to all children, but to mature minors,” he added.

UNICEF Canada supports euthanasia and assisted suicide in cases where the children are NOT suffering from terminal illness, Bernstein told the committee, adding: “I think it should be the same criteria…applied to adults and children.”

As for assisted suicide or euthanasia for children who suffer from mental illness, not permitted under Bill C-14 in its current form, “UNICEF is not suggesting psychological suffering, in and by itself, be the litmus test in terms of terminating life and making those decisions for young people,” he said.

Extending euthanasia and assisted suicide for mature minors was among three contentious recommendations in the joint parliamentary committee’s February 2016 report.

MPs are expected to vote on C-14 on May 31, after which it goes to the Senate, which has signalled it will overhaul the bill.

The Senate committee’s pre-study report of May 17 endorsed the use advance directives, but recommended dropping further consideration of euthanasia solely for mental illness, and for mature minors."

Americans mostly know UNICEF through the “trick or treat for UNICEF” campaigns.
 The “trick” is on the donors who think that UNICEF is all about helping poor children.

UNICEF has been a major financier of Palestinian “summer camps” which encourage children to become suicide bombers. One such camp is named for Wafa Idris, a female suicide bomber.

During the late 1990s, UNICEF served as a propaganda organ of the Saddam Hussein regime.
Relying solely on Iraqi government statistics, UNICEF and the Saddam government co-authored a report asserting that over a million children in Iraq died because of U.N. sanctions.

UNICEF’s executive board includes China (whose forced abortion policy is neither pro-life, nor pro-choice, nor pro-child) and Bhutan (where children are among the many victims of the regime’s human rights abuses).

The UNFPA has been denied funding by the U.S. Congress because of its involvement in the genocidal abortion and sterilization program in China.  
 
UNICEF denies parents' rights and responsibilities.  

Under their U.N." treaty", children would be given special rights apart from their parents and families, like the right to have contraceptives, to have an abortion, to view pornography - and the list goes on and on.  

And all of this would be O.K. and legal over parental objections. 
UNICEF is strongly pushing for the United States to ratify this U.N. Convention. Behind the mask of UNICEF is a clear track record of operations which fund abortion, abortion drugs, contraceptives, sterilization, and mandatory state-control of family life. 

Just maybe those of you who have been in the habit of contributing money to UNICEF might give that a long second thought."
UNICEF CAUGHT RED-HANDED IN MASS STERILIZATION TECHNIQUE

"Two UN organizations, the WHO and UNICEF, have just been caught red-handed administering “tetanus vaccines” laced with sterilizing agents to girls and women in Kenya.  

And as you will see below, this is not the first time that this has happened.  Apparently there is a well-coordinated international program to use vaccines to secretly sterilize women in poor countries all over the planet.  

The United States needs to immediately demand a full investigation of the UN vaccine program.   

There have always been anecdotal stories of women all over the globe being unable to have children after receiving UN vaccines.  

But now we have scientific proof.  Lab tests that were recently conducted found an antigen that causes miscarriages in the vaccines that were being given to girls and women in Kenya.

Kenya’s Catholic bishops are charging two United Nations organizations with sterilizing millions of girls and women under cover of an anti-tetanus inoculation program sponsored by the Kenyan government.

Priests throughout Kenya reportedly are advising their congregations to refuse the vaccine.

“We sent six samples from around Kenya to laboratories in South Africa. They tested positive for the HCG antigen,” Dr. Muhame Ngare of the Mercy Medical Centre in Nairobi told LifeSiteNews. “They were all laced with HCG.”

The UN has dedicated massive amounts of resources to supporting the “one-child policy” in China.


And in India, UN money is often used to provide financial incentives to women to volunteer for sterilization.
At this point, approximately 37 percent of all married women in the nation of India have been sterilized.  That is an absolutely astounding number.

RADIOACTIVE DECAY ANOMALY AND DARK PHOTONS

Similar evidence arises from the way that galaxies appear to move around their galactic cluster’s centre of mass; and from gravitational lensing – the way that the mass of a galaxy cluster curves its local spacetime, distorting the images of galaxies which lie beyond in line-of-sight from Earth.

 
COULD ENTANGLED PHOTONS BE DARK MATTER?

It's a mystery that presented itself unexpectedly: The radioactive decay of some elements sitting quietly in laboratories on Earth seemed to be influenced by activities inside the sun, 93 million miles away.

WHATEVER IT WAS, IT CHANGED THE RATE OF RADIOACTIVE DECAY.

Is this possible?

POSSIBLE OR NOT, IT HAS HAPPENED, BUT NO ONE HAS DETERMINED HOW OR WHAT CAUSES IT.

SOME ARE SUGGESTING WHAT THEY HAVE DUBBED "THE FIFTH FORCE" __ SOMETHING THEY ARE CALLING "DARK PHOTONS".

"There are currently four identified forces of nature: gravitational, electromagnetic, strong nuclear, and weak nuclear, but they do not interact with each other in ways that can be explained by the current mathematical model of the universe.

So scientists had been looking for evidence of a fifth force, which would go some way to explaining the discrepancy.

Scientists at the Hungarian Academy of Science's Institute for Nuclear Research were looking for evidence of dark photons — a force which they surmised could carry and therefore explain DARK MATTER.
They had been shooting protons at a strip of lithium, and in doing so created an unexpectedly high number of subatomic particles.

They think this anomaly in radioactive decay could be the result of an entirely new particle, which may suggest the presence of a fifth force.

Geraint Lewis, a professor of astrophysics at the University of Sydney, said this could explain discrepancies in the way the four previously known forces interact.

"What we have at the moment is what's known as the standard model of particle physics, and this is a mathematical description of the way the universe works," Professor Lewis said.

The particle physics model works "really, really well" to describe and explain three of the fundamental forces — electromagnetic, strong nuclear and weak nuclear.
"But what we also know is that those forces don't play well with gravity.

Gravity is described by a completely different set of mathematics and people have tried for almost 100 years to make these forces work together."

Professor Lewis said this could build upon the work that occupied Albert Einstein in his last years.

"The story goes that Einstein on his deathbed was still working on uniting gravity and electromagnetism.

The problem we have is the mathematics worked really well and we don't have many clues pointing to how we should, well even WHERE we should look to unite gravity with these other forces," he said.

If physicists are able to unite these forces it may lead to a better understanding of dark matter, which they now understand to make up a significant part of the universe.

"So people are looking for anomalies, things that don't fit. Parts of physics that aren't working the way we expect to sort of give us a clue on what areas we should focus upon," Professor Lewis said.

In this latest experiment, the researchers were "not quite getting what they're expecting" which could point to the existence of other forces yet to be accounted for.

What this new force might actually do is another black hole of knowledge.

"What it's telling us if it is correct is that there is something going on in the way that one particle talks to another particle that we haven't got inside our mathematics at the moment,"  Lewis said.
"So it's a force as we now understand forces to be. It's doing something that we currently don't expect the other forces to do."

"There's been some recent results of the Large Hadron Collider where there's been possibly a hint of a detection and people are all over that trying to understand if that also is pointing to a new area of physics we should be investigating."

HOW IT ALL BEGAN, AND THE THEORY THAT THE UNKNOWN CAUSE OF THE ANOMALY COMES FROM OUR OWN SUN...

The story begins, in a sense, in classrooms around the world, where students are taught that the rate of decay of a specific radioactive material is a constant. This concept is relied upon, for example, when anthropologists use carbon-14 to date ancient artifacts and when doctors determine the proper dose of radioactivity to treat a cancer patient.

Ephraim Fischbach, a physics professor at Purdue, was looking into the rate of radioactive decay of several isotopes as a possible source of random numbers generated without any human input. (A lump of radioactive cesium-137, for example, may decay at a steady rate overall, but individual atoms within the lump will decay in an unpredictable, random pattern. Thus the timing of the random ticks of a Geiger counter placed near the cesium might be used to generate random numbers.)

As the researchers pored through published data on specific isotopes, they found disagreement in the measured decay rates – odd for supposed physical constants.

Checking data collected at Brookhaven National Laboratory on Long Island and the Federal Physical and Technical Institute in Germany, they came across something even more surprising: long-term observation of the decay rate of silicon-32 and radium-226 seemed to show a small seasonal variation.

The decay rate was ever so slightly faster in winter than in summer.

Was this fluctuation real, or was it merely a glitch in the equipment used to measure the decay, induced by the change of seasons, with the accompanying changes in temperature and humidity?

"Everyone thought it must be due to experimental mistakes, because we're all brought up to believe that decay rates are constant," Sturrock said.


On Dec 13, 2006, the sun itself provided a crucial clue, when a solar flare sent a stream of particles and radiation toward Earth.

Purdue nuclear engineer Jere Jenkins, while measuring the decay rate of manganese-54, a short-lived isotope used in medical diagnostics, noticed that the rate dropped slightly during the flare, a decrease that started about a day and a half before the flare.

If this apparent relationship between flares and decay rates proves true, it could lead to a method of predicting solar flares prior to their occurrence, which could help prevent damage to satellites and electric grids, as well as save the lives of astronauts in space.

The decay-rate aberrations that Jenkins noticed occurred during the middle of the night in Indiana – meaning that something produced by the sun had traveled all the way through the Earth to reach Jenkins' detectors.

What could the flare send forth that could have such an effect?

Jenkins and Fischbach guessed that the culprits in this bit of decay-rate mischief were probably solar neutrinos, the almost weightless particles famous for flying at almost the speed of light through the physical world – humans, rocks, oceans or planets – with virtually no interaction with anything.

Then, in a series of papers published in Astroparticle Physics, Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research and Space Science Reviews, Jenkins, Fischbach and their [THAT IS A PDF FILE, DOWNLOADS INSTANTLY] colleagues showed that the observed variations in decay rates were highly unlikely to have come from environmental influences on the detection systems.


Their findings strengthened the argument that the strange swings in decay rates were caused by neutrinos from the sun. 

The swings seemed to be in sync with the Earth's elliptical orbit, with the decay rates oscillating as the Earth came closer to the sun (where it would be exposed to more neutrinos) and then moving away.

So there was good reason to suspect the sun, but could it be proved?
Enter Peter Sturrock, Stanford professor emeritus of applied physics and an expert on the inner workings of the sun. 
While on a visit to the National Solar Observatory in Arizona, Sturrock was handed copies of the scientific journal articles written by the Purdue researchers.

Sturrock knew from long experience that the intensity of the barrage of neutrinos the sun continuously sends racing toward Earth varies on a regular basis as the sun itself revolves and shows a different face, like a slower version of the revolving light on a police car.

His advice to Purdue: Look for evidence that the changes in radioactive decay on Earth vary with the rotation of the sun. 
"That's what I suggested. And that's what we have done."

Going back to take another look at the decay data from the Brookhaven lab, the researchers found a recurring pattern of 33 days. 

It was a bit of a surprise, given that most solar observations show a pattern of about 28 days – the rotation rate of the surface of the sun.

The explanation? 
The core of the sun – where nuclear reactions produce neutrinos – apparently spins more slowly than the surface we see.
 "It may seem counter-intuitive, but it looks as if the core rotates more slowly than the rest of the sun," Sturrock said.

All of the evidence points toward a conclusion that the sun is "communicating" with radioactive isotopes on Earth, said Fischbach.

But there's one rather large question left unanswered. No one knows how neutrinos could interact with radioactive materials to change their rate of decay.

"It doesn't make sense according to conventional ideas," Fischbach said.

Jenkins whimsically added, "What we're suggesting is that something that doesn't really interact with anything is changing something that can't be changed."
"It's an effect that no one yet understands," agreed Sturrock.

"Theorists are starting to say, 'What's going on?'
But that's what the evidence points to. It's a challenge for the physicists and a challenge for the solar people too."

If the mystery particle is not a neutrino, "It would have to be something we don't know about, an unknown particle that is also emitted by the sun and has this effect, and that would be even more remarkable," Sturrock said.

And now we must all await the proof of any theory of why our earth's radioactive particles are behaving completely contrary to the "laws of Physics".

Are we moving through some new area of the universe on our very long orbit within it, an area that contains hitherto unknown substances that will change EVERYTHING?

Or is our sun dying sooner than we expected and emitting some new thing as part of the death cycle?

Or has something from afar off moved nearer to us and created this anomaly?

OR, has man himself, via the devices such as the Large Hadron Collider created something we shouldn't have, something that is changing everything?

We just don't know....but we need to know.

I LOST 3 COUSINS TO LIGHTNING STRIKE, 2 WERE BROTHERS  WHO WERE STRUCK ATOP A HAY WAGON MANY YEARS AGO. THEIR SURVIVING BROTHER WAS SEVERELY AFFECTED BY THE BOLT FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE, AND THE 3RD COUSIN WAS A GIRL OF 7 YEARS OLD PLAYING OUTSIDE AS A THUNDERSTORM APPROACHED IN THE DISTANCE.
THE BOLT WHICH KILLED HER CAME FROM MILES AWAY.

~ MYTH: 'Don't worry, lightning never strikes twice'

YES, IT DOES!

Unfortunately for anyone whose house had been struck by lightning (or who uses this expression to suggest a negative event is unlikely to re-occur) the exact opposite is true.

Some areas and places are simply more prone to being hit by lightning.
"The geographic conditions that lead to the storm coming through and causing lightning are fixed — the mountains are there, the buildings are there," says Dr Karl Kruszelnicki.

"So, you're more likely to have lightning hit the same place more than once."
ABC weatherman Graham Creed agrees.

~ Lightning can occur 'out of the blue'

The concept of a shocking 'bolt from the blue' is based on reality.

Lightning CAN INDEED move well in advance of a storm and hit the ground without any obvious warnings.
"Lightning can travel up to 16 kilometres (about 10 miles) ahead of a thunderstorm," says weatherman Graham Creed.
Dr Karl  Kruszelnicki tells the story of a jet at a United States Air Force base that was refuelling on a sunny, cloudless day.

But there was a storm on the horizon.
"Then bingo, it sent a lightning bolt to the aeroplane and blew up the fuel vapour and killed a bunch of people," he says.

~ Lightning comes out of the ground as well as down from the sky, as we saw in one of the videos above.
It may look like there's just one bolt zig-zagging towards the ground, but there's actually a bolt that leaps up to meet it.

It's just that the bolt from the ground is so fast that we can't see it.
Even though our eyes don't catch it, this answering bolt is much bigger than the one from the clouds, in every way!

"The one coming down is maybe centimetres across and carrying tens of thousands of amps," says Dr Kruszelnicki "and it's moving at a 150 kilometres per second, and that's slow."As this bolt coming down gets within 25 to 60 metres off the ground there is so much electrical tension between the ground and the bolt that an answering bolt rises from the Earth to meet it.

"And this bolt coming up is about a metre across, and instead of 10,000 amps you've got a million amps. And instead of 150 kilometres a second, 150,000 kps. So you don't see it. But you can photograph it with an ultra-high speed camera."

~ BE ESPECIALLY WATCHFUL IN AREAS WHERE WEATHER FRONTS COLLIDE.   TWO TYPES OF ICE CRYSTALS SPARK LIGHTNING BOLTS.

When there is a strong updraft, these different types of ice can form high up in a storm cloud, even in the tropics.
A global survey of thunderstorms that counted lightning flashes and correlated them with the volume of ice crystals, confirmed that ice is present in lightning all across the globe.

~ Volcanoes and solar winds can cause lightning

Volcanic eruptions can result in particularly spectacular lightning bolts.

Although the phenomenon is fairly common and has been photographed since the 1940s, when Mount Vesuvius erupted in Italy, it is not found in all types of volcanic eruptions, says Dr Adele Crozier of Geosciences Australia.
"It's mostly associated with explosive volcanism," she says.

The lightning strikes don't occur as part of a normal thunderstorm, but instead take place within the eruption column and are caused by charged ash particles. However, scientists still don't know exactly what causes them.

At the other end of the spectrum of spectacular eruptions there's evidence that high-energy particles in the solar wind may influence thunderstorms.

UK researchers found a significant increase in lightning bolts in the 40 days after the Earth passed through dense streams of high-speed solar wind.

"Cosmic rays, tiny particles from across the universe accelerated to close to the speed of light by exploding stars, have been thought to play a part in thundery weather down on Earth, but our work provides new evidence that similar, if lower energy, particles created by our own Sun also affect lightning," says Dr Chris Scott of the University of Reading.

21 CATTLE KILLED BY ONE LIGHTNING BOLT JUST YESTERDAY HERE IN AMERICA.

A farmer in South Dakota said he lost $45,000 worth of livestock after a single bolt of lightning hit a metal bale feeder, killing 21 cows. The Moody County Sheriff's office posted this photo of the dead cattle to their Facebook page yesterday.
The sheriff's office says this is a good reminder about the power of lightning and just how deadly it can be.
On average, lightning kills about 49 people a year in the United States.
There have been five lightning fatalities so far in 2016.

June, July, and August are the peak months for lightning fatalities.

If you can hear thunder, then you are within striking range of lightning.

.Bradley F. Podliska, who is a major in the Air Force Reserve, stated that he “was being singled out because of his military service and because he was unwilling to go along with the hyper-focus on the State Department and Secretary Clinton.” 

The new complaint asserts that the committee’s Republican staff leaders discriminated against him because he had to take two leaves of absence after being mobilized by the Air Force.

Peter Romer-Friedman, a lawyer for Mr. Podliska, said on Friday that the changes did not mean that Mr. Podliska was recanting his criticism of the focus of the committee’s investigation."

The New York Times followed with a major story that detailed the degree to which “the focus of the committee’s work has shifted from the circumstances surrounding the Benghazi attack to the politically charged issue of Mrs. Clinton’s use of a private email server while she was secretary of state.” 

What’s more, according to the Times, this was a particular preoccupation for Boehner, who pushed the committee to focus on Clinton’s emails.

Air Force Brigadier General Robert Lovell (ret.) was the key witness at today’s hearing, the latest in a string of inquisitions from Oversight Committee chair Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) into Benghazi since the 2012 tragedy.

During his testimony, Lovell raised eyebrows by insisting that the U.S. did not try to save the Americans stationed in the eastern Libyan city.
“The discussion is not in the ‘could or could not’ in relation to time, space and capability, the point is we should have tried,” Lovell, who served at U.S. Africa Command’s headquarters in Germany the night of the attack, told the panel.

Rep. Howard “Buck” McKeon (R-CA), however, took issue with the contents of Lovell’s testimony, issuing a release dismissing the suggestion that the military could have acted to halt the attack in time to save lives.

“I appreciate the service of Brigadier General Robert Lovell and his willingness to testify,” the release from McKeon, chair of the Armed Services Committee, reads."

There was no overt wrongdoing, just room for improvement.
