Second robot captures glow inside stricken Fukushima plant.
TEPCO said the yellow seen on the images seemed to suggest a discoloration of the grating, though the cause was unknown.
IT HAS ALSO BEEN DISCOVERED THAT THE PLANT'S COMPUTERS ARE RUNNING ON UNSUPPORTED WINDOWS XP!
“Upgrading the operating system must be done as swiftly as possible, and the firm must
not push it back given the security risks.”
TEPCO HAS NOW BEEN ORDERED TO IMMEDIATELY UPGRADE ITS SOFTWARE...AFTER 4 LONG YEARS!

Humans can’t enter, it would result in instant death. And robots have yet to be invented that can withstand the massive radiation levels near the melted cores. TEPCO admits it doesn’t know the exact location and extent of the meltdowns. They claim it will take 40 years to fix, but others say centuries.”

FIVE ISOTOPES OF PLUTONIUM HAVE BEEN DETECTED FROM THE FUKUSHIMA PLANT, IN JAPAN, AT SEA AND ON OUR WEST COAST.
"Pu [plutonium} is accumulated in the human body and hence, poses a considerable hazard to human health. Due to the long half-lives, these isotopes are present in the biosphere on large time scales and a build-up can be expected. Therefore it is important to study the contamination pathway of Pu into the drinking water… a method to detect long-lived Pu isotopes by Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS) is being developed. "

"SOMETHING MAJOR HAS HAPPENED FAR OUT AT SEA."
Aboriginal people in British Columbia who rely on Skeena River sockeye are facing some extremely difficult decisions as sockeye salmon returns plunge to historic lows.
"We’ve never seen anything like this in all these years I’ve done this. I’ve asked the elders and they have never seen anything like this at all.” [said Chief Wilf Adam]
“The sockeye runs way up north in the Skeena are low. The [fish] out of Bristol Bay, Alaska is down 30 to 35 per cent over last year. Russia has got a limited number of fish in the market. They are down about 40 per cent over all their salmon fisheries.”
Gundersen: We are going to see top of the food chain animals like tuna and salmon and things like that that bioaccumulate [...] I am concerned that the FDA is not monitoring fish entering the United States [...] I am thinking by 2013 we might see contamination of the water and of the top of the food chain fishes on the West Coast.
Gundersen: Federal and state agencies are not measuring this… I’ve been working on the West Coast and I’ve been trying to get the people of Oregon to demand of their state, the people of Alaska to demand of their state: Check the salmon, it is not difficult.

“The radiation levels we were seeing were 1,000 times background, higher in spots,” Engelhard said. “If we had been working on a site this contaminated in the US, we would have been fully suited up in radiation protection suits, gloves, and respirators. ACTUALLY, BEGINNING IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR, IT BEGAN TO REALLY UNRAVEL...A SPANISH RESEARCH TEAM MEASURED STRONTIUM IN JAPANESE WATERS AT OVER 100 TIMES WHAT THEY WERE INITIALLY.
WE HAVE FOOD FISH OFF AMERICA'S COAST THAT MAKE THE TREK FROM JAPAN, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. WE ALREADY KNOW THAT SEAWEED/KELP OFF THE CALIFORNIA COAST IS GAINING IN LEVELS OF RADIOACTIVE ISOTOPES READINGS! THE AMERICAN PEDIATRIC ASSOCIATION 2 YEARS AGO WARNED OF THE HAZARDS TO NEWBORNS FOR BIRTH DEFECTS AND THYROID CANCER IF THEIR MOTHER WAS EXPOSED TO THE FUKUSHIMA FALLOUT OR HIGHER LEVELS OF RADIATION IN SHELLFISH/OCEAN FISH FROM THE PACIFIC AND WE SAW THAT COME TRUE!
LET US REMEMBER THAT BY DAY 15 RADIOACTIVE FALLOUT HAD COVERED THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE...THAT WAS OVER 2 YEARS AGO!
IF YOU THINK THAT RADIATION IS DECREASING, YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKEN!
JAPAN ACTUALLY RAISED THE 'ACCEPTABLE' LEVELS OF RADIATION AND OUR OWN ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION AGREED TO THAT! I
IT WAS ANNOUNCED THIS WEEK THAT JAPAN SIMPLY CANNOT CONTAIN THE CONTAMINATED WATER FROM THE REACTOR MELTDOWNS. THEY WILL HAVE TO DUMP IT INTO THE PACIFIC, AND EVEN IF THE RETAINING WALL THEY SAY THEY ARE BUILDING OF 'FROZEN EARTH' COULD BE COMPLETED IN LESS THAN A YEAR (TARGET DATE IS NOW JUNE, 2015) WE'D STILL SEE THAT CORE SINKING INTO THE EARTH AND THAT CONTAMINATED WATER LEAKING ALL AROUND THE PLANT AND INTO THE PACIFIC OCEAN.
THIS SITUATION, ACCORDING TO HONEST MEN WORKING THERE, ACCORDING TO LEADING EXPERTS, IS HOPELESS AS THINGS STAND RIGHT NOW. IT IS TOO MASSIVE A CLEANUP, THEY DON'T HAVE A WAY TO DO IT, WORKERS WERE CONTAMINATED ON WASHDOWN YESTERDAY AND SOME ARE IN CRITICAL CONDITION AT LOCAL HOSPITAL.
THERE ARE VIDEOS OF STEAM PLUMES RISING DAILY FROM THE DESTROYED REACTORS.
DO THESE STEAM PLUMES CARRY RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL? ABSOLUTELY!
"A study in the journal AIP Advances by a team of scientists from Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) shows that muon imaging may offer the best hope of assessing damage to the reactor cores and locating the melted fuel.
Muon imaging, which utilizes naturally occurring muons created in the atmosphere by cosmic rays to image dense objects, should solve the problem of determining the spatial distribution of the reactor fuel in the short term, the LANL team said.
"Muons are scattered more strongly by high-Z materials such as uranium fuel in Fukushima's reactor," explained LANL researcher Haruo Miyadera, who is the lead author of the paper. "By measuring the scattering angle, and understanding the physics of Coulomb multiple scattering, one can assess the locations and amount of the melted fuel."
Assessing the core damage at Fukushima is a very difficult challenge, said Miyadera.
In the case of Three Mile Island, cameras were eventually installed in the reactor pressure vessel to assess the damage. However, in the case of Fukushima Daiichi, access inside the reactor pressure vessel has been very limited due to high radiation. To address this, the team plans to install detectors in front of the reactor building and on the 2nd floor of the turbine building so that their muon scattering technique can assess the damage without direct access to the reactor building.
The LANL team has faced numerous challenges, from operating detectors in the high radiation environment at Fukushima Daiichi to the difficulties in finding funding for a project at an American laboratory to address a problem in Japan.

OUR GOVERNMENT, OUR NUCLEAR ENERGY COMMISSION ARE ALL IGNORING THIS ENTIRE CATASTROPHE AND UNTIL ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE THIS WEEK, FEW MAINSTREAM MEDIA OUTLETS WERE CARRYING THE FACTS.

FUKUSHIMA COVER-UP AND MEDIA BLACKOUT CONTINUES
NEW FINDING OF THE PAST 2 WEEKS...THE PROBLEM ESCALATES
A power blackout at Tokyo Electric Power Co.'s Fukushima No. 1 nuclear power plant reported March 22, 2013, resulted in a long stoppage in the circulation of water that cools spent fuel in several pools.
[Cooling functions were lost for 29 hours at the spent fuel pools of reactors #1, #3, and #4, as well as a shared pool storing 6,377 fuel assemblies.]
If the blackout had continued for days, the heat that the spent fuel constantly emits could have caused water in the cooling pools to evaporate, potentially resulting in accidents such as meltdowns and hydrogen explosions.
The incident drove home the reality that even two years after the March 2011 disaster, the accident is still not over.
The crippled nuclear reactors themselves have SUPPOSEDLY been fitted with backup power sources because even a short shutdown of cooling systems could cause them to return to the state of two years ago. But the fuel pools have NO backup power sources.
Radiation levels in the nuclear complex remain high.
The dose near the accident site is reportedly about 300 microsieverts per hour and workers are required to wear special protective clothing and full-face masks.
Their on-site time is severely restricted.
Why did it take as long as three hours for TEPCO to inform media organizations about the blackout? Although the company had immediately reported the situation to the relevant central and local governments, if it is to inform the public at nighttime, it needs to do it through the media.
If there is another giant quake, if the damaged fuel pool over the fourth reactor, which, from recent pictures, seems to be hanging on by a thread, loses water it could result in a worldwide disaster far worse than Chernobyl.
There is more cesium in Unit 4's fuel pool than in all 800 nuclear bombs that have been exploded above ground.
If the pool goes dry or the building falls down from the constant earthquakes that continue to haunt the area, it will all go up at once. Such an explosion would devastate the planet!
As of June 5, 2011, The Japan Times reported that radiation in the No. 1 plant was measured at 4,000 milliseverts per hour. To put that in perspective, a worker would receive a maximal “permissible” dose in 4 minutes. In addition there are over 40,000 tons of radioactive water under that reactor with more radioactivity escaping into the air and sea every second. Fuel rods are believed to have melted and sunk to the bottom of reactors 1, 2, and 3.
TEPCO, the corporate owner, took more than two months to confirm the meltdowns and admitted lying about the levels of destruction and subsequent contamination, resulting in “Public Distrust.”
Over 100,000 tons of radioactive waste are on the site.
The ground around the Fukushima plant is getting hotter and the ocean more contaminated each day. People there report steam issuing up from cracks in the ground and past videos from last year showed steam and small explosions at the site that went unexplained. Nuclear fuel is just lying on the ground and at the bottom of reactor vessels and containment floors so there will be no letup of the radiation, which will bio-accumulate and end up inside all who are exposed in ever increasing amounts in ever increasing areas.
Radiation travels quickly in air currents. Students from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY measured radiation fallout in New York during atomic bomb testing over the Nevada desert (2,300 miles away). Just a few hours after the explosion, the students reported that the average radiation readings in nearby New York towns were 20-100 times higher.
What does radiation really do to us?
WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF ACUTE RADIATION SICKNESS OR ARS (NOW CALLED "SYNDROME" TO LESSEN THE ...WHAT...TRUTH?)?
It burns our cells, like burning down a house.
The CDC tells us: The first symptoms of ARS are typically nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. These symptoms will start within minutes to days after the exposure, will last from minutes to up to several days, and may come and go. Then the person usually looks and feels healthy for a short time, after which he or she will become sick again with loss of appetite, fatigue, fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and possibly even seizures and coma. This stage of serious illness may last from a few hours to several months and many never recover.
People with ARS typically also have some skin damage. This damage can start to show within a few hours after exposure and can include swelling, itching, and redness of the skin (like a bad sunburn). There can also be hair loss. As with the other symptoms, the skin may heal for a short time, followed by the return of swelling, itching, and redness days or weeks later. Complete healing of the skin may take from several weeks up to a few years depending on the radiation dose the person's skin received.
The chance of survival for people with ARS decreases with an increasing radiation dose. Most people who do not recover from ARS will die within weeks to months of exposure. The cause of death in most cases is the destruction of the person's bone marrow, which results in infections and internal bleeding. For the survivors, the recovery process may last from several weeks up to two years.
Another source lists symptoms of radiation sickness as follows:
If the levels are extraordinarily high then people all around you will be feeling and sharing similar changes and discomforts including:
-Nausea and vomiting
-Diarrhea
-Skin burns (skin reddening)
-Weakness
-Lethargy and fatigue
-Loss of appetite (anorexia)
-Fainting
-Dehydration
-Inflammation of tissues (swelling, redness or tenderness)
-Hemorrhages under the skin
-Bleeding from your nose, gums or mouth
-Anemia (low red http://www.naturalnews.com/blood.html>blood cell count)
-Hair loss (usually from just the scalp)
-Decrease in platelets
It was barely reported by our mainstream media but children’s death rates increased noticeably in the United States on both east and west coasts in the months after March 11, 2011 when the radiation was most intense.
The CDC Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report indicated that eight cities in the northwest U.S. (Boise ID, Seattle WA, Portland OR, plus the northern California cities of Santa Cruz, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, and Berkeley) reported the following data on deaths among those younger than one year of age:
4 weeks ending March 19, 2011 - 37 deaths (avg. 9.25 per week)
10 weeks ending May 28, 2011 - 125 deaths (avg.12.50 per week)
The MORTALITY REPORT released by CDC last week (week ending March 30, 2013) shows this will continue to be the case as 191 infants died in that time frame.

Spewing from the Fukushima reactor are radioactive isotopes including those of iodine (I-131), strontium (Sr-90) and cesium (Cs-134 and Cs-137) all of which are taken up in food and water. Iodine is concentrated in the thyroid, Sr-90 in bones and teeth and Cs-134 and Cs-137 in soft tissues, including the heart. The unborn and babies are more vulnerable because the cells are rapidly dividing and the delivered dose is proportionally larger than that delivered to an adult.
Dr. Ernest J. Sternglass, who was professor of radiation physics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, in his book, 'Secret Fallout—Low-Level Radiation from Hiroshima to Three-Mile Island', concluded that all the research led to the most tragic conclusion that the unborn fetus was hundreds or thousands of times more sensitive to radiation than anyone had ever suspected.
In the past week alone, TEPCO reported that an alarm was triggered near the main gate of the Fukushima Daiichi plant on April 3, signifying radiation levels higher than .0001 Bq/cm3. However, officials said that no major changes in radiation levels were recorded nearby, and no abnormalities were noted in either water injection or cooling systems at the plant’s reactors. Officials are blaming the incident on an equipment malfunction, but have ordered all workers to wear face masks for the time being.
On Thursday morning, April 4, the utility also reported that its advanced liquid processing system (ALPS) was unintentionally halted after an employee hit the wrong switch. The system is designed to remove many radioactive substances from water used to cool reactors (with the exception of radioactive tritium, which it is not able to filter out) and had been in testing mode since Saturday, March 31 . The system was restarted that same morning (Thursday).
Earlier this year, the government effectively nationalized TEPCO in order to keep it from failing. The costs of repair alone boggle the mind. Little is said of settlement agreements with those exposed to killing levels of radiation, or with those evacuated who may never be able to go home.
Demonstrating ongoing opposition to nuclear power two years after the Fukushima crisis first began to unfold, approximately 7,000 residents gathered at a gymnasium at the Asuma Sports Park in Fukushima City in March to rally against restarting nuclear reactors in Japan. “We who have gone through the pain of the nuclear disaster have a mission to tell many people about it, so that the memory of the disaster does not fade,” said Sakura Takano, a Minamisoma high school student who spoke at the rally.
Deadly levels of radiation have been found in the past week in food 225 miles from Fukushima.
A media blackout on nuclear fallout levels continues.
WHY?
Since the disaster in March, 2011, no one will buy vegetables nor fish nor anything grown or raised within 50 miles of the Fukushima nuclear plants. Now we can see just how much is being kept from the public about the truth of how far the land, the water, and the air is contaminated around Fukushima.
According to Fukushima-Diary.com, which posts up-to-date information about the Fukushima disaster, rice crackers and tangerines produced in the Shizuoka prefecture are testing high for both Cs-137 and Cs-134.
Rice crackers, according to the data sheet, tested at 3.7 Becquerels per kilogram (Bq/Kg) of Cs-137, while tangerines tested at 1.46 Bq/Kg of Cs-134 and 3.14 Bq/Kg of Cs-137.
The Shizuoka prefecture is located about 80 miles southwest of Tokyo, which is alarming since it is actually farther away from Fukushima than Tokyo.
This suggests that potentially deadly levels of radiation are still affecting large population centers across Japan, including those that are not even in close proximity to the Fukushima plant.
Adult radiation workers must not be exposed to no more than 50 millisieverts (mSv) of radiation PER YEAR in order to avoid serious health consequences. For children, this number is far lower, somewhere around 10 mSv, with this being on the HIGH end. But the average adult and child eating these tainted foods at their current radiation levels will not only reach but exceed the safe maximum in just weeks.
But food is not the only major source of radiation exposure in Japan. Other data also
released by Fukushima-Diary.com shows that radiation levels in rivers, lakes and shorelines around Kashiwa City in Chiba, located about 20 miles northeast of Tokyo, are dangerously high and getting even higher.
Since radiation levels were last tested in the Otsu River back in September, detected levels have nearly tripled, jumping from 5,700 Bq/Kg to 14,200 Bq/Kg of radiation. Similar surges were observed in lakes and shore soils, the former increasing from 7,600 Bq/Kg to 8,200 Bq/Kg of radiation, and the latter increasing from 440 Bq/Kg to 780 Bq/Kg of radiation.
Sadly, any increase in disease or death resulting from these continued radiation spikes, will more than likely be blamed on other causes besides the leaking radiation in order to continue to cover up the severity of the situation. Radiation-induced heart disease, organ failure, and cancer, for instance, will probably either be ignored or hidden from the media, as is happening now, and any spike in death rates, particularly among the elderly, will likely be declared normal.
A recent Rasmussen Report found that more than one-third of all Americans believe radiation from Fukushima caused "significant harm" in the U.S.
This is likely due to the fact that high levels of radiation were observed and recorded in soil, water, and even food all across America in the wake of the disaster.
If more people grew their own food or paid attention to the birds, insects, reptiles and small mammals in their areas, they would surely see that mutations are very much increased as farmers, gardeners and naturalists have been reporting for over a year now. Videos of these mutations are plentiful on YOUTUBE.
After FOUR years, the mainstream media has not PROPERLY covered the fact that this disaster is still unfolding and is affecting the U.S.
Every time we get rain or snow patterns coming off the jet stream, higher radiation counts are observed by volunteers’ Geiger counters.
The official U.S. Environmental Protection Agency response was to REDUCING BY HALF the number of monitors it uses and NOT considering levels high enough to warrant monitoring, but scientists have revealed there is no known "lower threshold" of radiation exposure that does not have some effect.
RADIATION ALWAYS HAS AN EFFECT ON HUMANS!
THE ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION ADMITTED THAT PUBLICLY OVER 60 YEARS AGO!
The reactors at Fukushima are STILL emitting radiation and Japan was recently considering dumping massive amounts of radioactive water into the ocean because it doesn’t know what else to do with it. They are also incinerating much of the debris infected with deadly radioactive isotopes and the smoke and ash from that is now riding the jet stream, too.
As Australian physician Dr. Helen Caldicott has said, “Radiation is forever.”
Germany recently issued warnings to hunters not to eat wild boars since they have been feeding on mushrooms infected with cesium-137 from the Chernobyl disaster.
30 YEARS LATER, CHERNOBYL RADIATION IS DETECTABLE IN THE ENVIRONMENT, ANIMALS, AND HUMANS!
Cesium 137 is considered one of the most troubling of isotopes because of its capacity to build up in the ecosystem. With a half-life of 30 years, it will be 300 years before levels drop back to normal. The effects of radiation exposure in humans are multiple and can change our DNA passed on to future generations.
Imagine the long-term effects of Fukushima.
According to recent reports, fish with dangerous cesium levels are still being caught off the California coast. "Unexplained" die-offs of marine life has been in the news ever since the Fukushima disaster and show no signs of abating.
Excessively high levels of radioactive cesium have also been documented in seaweeds off our Pacific coasts.
In southeastern Michigan, few people realize the Fermi 2 nuclear plant near Monroe is the world’s largest example of the G.E. Mark 1 design, which is the same as the Fukushima reactors. Even more worrisome is the fact that the unprotected fuel pool on the fourth and fifth floors outside the reactor contain more than 500 TONS, YES, TONS, of deadly radioactive fuel rods, more than all of the Fukushima reactors put together.
Ultimately, the rods at the Michigan plant will have to be removed to outside dry casks, but there is a problem there, too. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission still has not approved a plan to move the rods to casks and the Fermi inspector told reporters it might be two more years before a plan is approved.
What are the lessons to be learned from all this?
First, don’t build nuclear reactors near earthquake faults and areas that could be exposed to tsunamis. Unfortunately, we already have done that with the two nuclear stations in California.
Second, be prepared for worst-case scenarios and be able to implement those plans when disaster strikes.
Third, perhaps the world can do without nuclear energy, period.
Many nuclear plants are built right on top of fault lines, so they are truly “structured on danger”. They are DEADLY accidents just waiting to happen.
WAYS TO COMBAT RADIATION POISONING
1~ In humans, the thyroid gland is prone to absorbing radioactive iodine. But when Potassium Iodide (KI) is taken orally, it saturates the thyroid with non-radioactive iodine, reducing the amount of radiation the thyroid will take in. But this is not a foolproof plan for prevention—it does not stop other organs in your body from being exposed or contaminated with radiation.
Warnings:
Do not take these pills if you are allergic to iodide.
Only take when directed by state or local health authorities during a radiation emergency.
Prussian Blue, an ion exchanger that binds to the radioactive particles of cesium and thalium, reduces the amount of radiation that cells may absorb, according to the Mayo Clinic. Then, the radioactive particles are excreted through feces. However, the CDC warns that people SHOULD NOT take Prussian Blue artist’s dye in an attempt to treat themselves, because it's not made for the purpose of radiation treatment.
Chelating agents are also used, like the chemical called Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic Acid, which binds to radioactive particles of plutonium, americium and curium. Then those radioactive particles pass out of the body in urine, reducing the amount of radiation absorbed. Other chelating agents include Ca-DTPA, Zn-DTPA and Dimercaprol.
2~ Do not drink or otherwise use fresh milk produced by cows that have consumed feed or water contaminated with fallout or other radioactive material resulting from a peacetime accident or from nuclear explosions in a war. Do not consume fresh produce that may have been contaminated.
3~ Shield yourself from radiation, which will help lessen exposure. Shelters are the obvious choice, but even clothes can help reduce the amount of exposure. Things like paper and normal clothing can prevent alpha particles from penetration obstructions. Heavier clothing is necessary to prevent beta particles from penetrating. But gamma rays possess immense energy, and you would need lead shielding to stop them. So, a shelter with lead covering is best.
4~ BEFORE EXPOSURE AND AFTERWARD, AS MUCH AS IS SAFE, let your diets be high in carotenes significantly reduced DNA damage in humans exposed to radiation. Artificial supplements of beta-carotene (or of vitamins C or E) did not show this effect and will not help you. Eating lots of orange and dark green foods (sweet potatoes, winter squash, beets, carrots, kale, collards, chard, and spinach, for example) can protect you from radiation-induced cancers. Holy Basil also shows some promise for protection from radiation poisoning, as does cilantro, all cabbage family plants – including arugula, turnips, radishes, cauliflower, mustard greens, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, broccoli d’rappe, kale, collards, and of course broccoli.
Miso broth is the classic food for prevention of radiation damage.
There’s twice the protection if a quarter-ounce/5 grams of dried kelp seaweed is added to the soup. In scientific studies, seaweed was able to neutralize radioactive isotopes in the human body. Researchers at McGill University say radioactive strontium binds to the algin in brown seaweeds to create sodium alginate, a compound easily and harmlessly excreted. Common black tea exhibited the same anti-radiation effects in several studies.
Both black and green tea showed “radioprotective effects” whether taken before or after exposure to radiation. Among other modes of operation, tea catechins absorb radioactive isotopes and remove them from the body before they do damage. The action is similar he says, to that of sodium alginate (the “active ingredient” in kelp seaweed).
Eating any amount of reishi, or cordyceps (mushrooms) reduces damage from radiation.
St. Joan’s/John’s wort oil protects my skin from radiation damage. I use it as my only sunscreen (and I am outside a lot) and find it not only immediately effective in preventing and treating sunburn, but even more protective with continuing use over years.
Burdock root (Arctium lappa) removes radioactive isotopes from the body. A dose is 1-4 ounces/300-120 grams of cooked fresh root, up to a pint of infusion daily, or several large spoonfuls of vinegar (but only if made with fresh roots).
Dried beans, especially lentils can reverse DNA damage done by radiation. So can red clover (Trifolium pratense) and astragalus (Astragalus membranaceous) – two powerful members of the legume (bean) family.
These will protect your cells from the damaging effects of radiation if you have made them part of your daily diet. After radiation falls on plants, do not consume them.
YOU CAN DOWNLOAD A 510-PAGE BOOK TITLED 'NUCLEAR WAR SURVIVAL SKILLS' THAT WILL HELP YOU BE PREPARED FOR ALL TYPES OF NUCLEAR DISASTERS. IT WAS WRITTEN IN 1987 BUT STILL VERY MUCH APPLIES TO CURRENT TIMES. I CONSIDER IT INVALUABLE AND HOPE YOU FIND TIME TO STUDY IT.
