FACT:
The map was composed by Dr. Michael S. Coffman, a respected scientist and ecologist who was involved in ecosystem research for over twenty years in both academia and industry.
"Dr. Coffman played a key role in stopping the ratification of the Convention on Biological Diversity (Biodiversity Treaty) in the U.S. Senate an hour before the Senate was scheduled to vote on its ratification. His maps and information have been used by local citizens across America to stop the global agenda at the local level. This includes two UN Biosphere Reserves and the designation of at least one river within the American Heritage Rivers Initiative."
He died in 2017.

The important thing, Mr. President, is that we do not pass something that will bind this Congress and our Nation when we do not have enough information about what is going to be in the treaty." --Sen, Hutchinson


"As I understand it, there is no advantage to the United States to ratify the treaty at this time. The United States will be in attendance at the conference of parties which is scheduled for late November. Our status there will not change if the treaty is ratified now. The conference will begin to add details and understandings to the convention. Even today, a 300 page draft of protocols to be considered at the conference is just arriving for review. We will know much more after the convention about how the terms of the convention will be interpreted.
Mr. President, there are simply too many unanswered questions about the convention." 
"Mr. President, on August 5, 1994, I was one of 35 Senators who wrote to the majority leader raising a number of questions about the Convention on Biological Diversity. The concerns I had then remain, despite attempts of the administration to explain away apparent flaws in the document." -- Sen. Craig 

This treaty makes me nervous. U.S. environmental laws are currently encroaching on our private property rights. Provisions like the Endangered Species Act and wetlands laws are dictating what private land owners can and cannot do with their own land. This treaty could give a panel outside the United States the right to dictate what our environmental laws should say. That is wrong. I have long believed that the best land management decisions are those made at the local level. Instead of moving our decisions from Washington to the local level, this treaty moves these decisions overseas.   --Sen Burns 


"I am very concerned about the potential reach of this convention into the realm of constitutionally protected property rights of individuals and the rights of State, local, and tribal governments to control uses of land within their jurisdictions. I am also highly concerned about the effect of the convention and actions taken under it on the financial and other resources of the individuals and State, local, and tribal governments who will be forced to expend those resources to defend against the infringement of their constitutionally protected rights when actions taken in pursuance of the convention affect those rights."  -- Sen. Nickles
We know that this treaty is not complete, and we know it will not be complete until after the conference of parties has completed its work. I ask you, can the United States Senate, in good faith, give its consent to this treaty without having had an opportunity to scrutinize the completed convention? The best advice we can give President Clinton right now is to wait until the Convention on Biological Diversity has been completed before asking for our consent. -- Se. Wallop

All UN member states—with the exception of the United States—have ratified the treaty.
The Convention (CBD) was opened for signature at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro on 5 June 1992 and entered into force on 29 December 1993.

CBD has two supplementary agreements - Cartagena Protocol and Nagoya Protocol.

The Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety to the Convention on Biological Diversity is an international treaty governing the movements of living modified organisms (LMOs) resulting from modern biotechnology from one country to another.

 It was adopted on 29 January 2000 as a supplementary agreement to the Convention on Biological Diversity and entered into force on 11 September 2003. 

"... For a minimum viable population of 1000 [large mammals], the figures would be 242 million acres for grizzly bears, 200 million acres for wolverines, and 100 million acres for wolves. Core reserves should be managed as roadless areas (wilderness). All roads should be permanently closed."

 Corridors (in red on the map) are "extensions of reserves. ... Multiple corridors interconnecting a network of core reserves provide functional redundancy and mitigate against disturbance.... 

Corridors several miles wide are needed if the objective is to maintain resident populations of large carnivores."

HOW TIGHTLY WILL THE U.N. CONTROL WHAT NATIONS DO WITH THEIR LANDS AND ALL LIFE ON IT?
THIS CLOSELY...EVEN THE BACTERIA AND FUNGI are to be accounted for...

"Although the convention explicitly states that all forms of life are covered by its provisions, examination of reports and of national biodiversity strategies and action plans submitted by participating countries shows that in practice this is not happening. The fifth report of the European Union, for example, makes frequent reference to animals (particularly fish) and plants, but does not mention bacteria, fungi or protists at all. "


[HOW SHAMEFUL OF THEM, RIGHT? THEY DIDN'T COUNT THEIR FUNGI AND BACTERIA!]

"The International Society for Fungal Conservation has assessed more than 100 of these CBD documents for their coverage of fungi using defined criteria to place each in one of six categories. No documents were assessed as good or adequate, less than 10% as nearly adequate or poor, and the rest as deficient, seriously deficient or totally deficient."

"The required number of 50 instruments of ratification/accession/approval/acceptance by countries was reached in May 2003. In accordance with the provisions of its Article 37, the Protocol entered into force on 11 September 2003.

Conference of the parties: The convention's governing body is "the Conference of the parties (COP)", consisting of all governments (and regional economic integration organizations) that have ratified the treaty. This ultimate authority reviews progress under the Convention, identifies new priorities, and sets work plans for members. The COP can also make amendments to the Convention.  "

"National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAPs) are the principal instruments for implementing the Convention at the national level (Article 6). The Convention requires countries to prepare a national biodiversity strategy (or equivalent instrument) and to ensure that this strategy is mainstreamed into the planning and activities of all those sectors whose activities can have an impact (positive and negative) on biodiversity. As of 2012, 173 Parties have developed NBSAPs in line with Article 6."

"In accordance with Article 26 of the Convention, Parties prepare national reports on the status of implementation of the Convention.

A VERY POWERFUL LEGAL DOCUMENT SEALS THE DEALThe Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization to the Convention on Biological Diversity is a supplementary agreement to the Convention on Biological Diversity.

 It provides a transparent LEGAL framework for the effective implementation of one of the three objectives of the CBD: the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of the utilization of genetic resources. 

The Protocol was adopted on 29 October 2010 in Nagoya, Aichi Province, Japan, and entered into force on 12 October 2014. Its objective is the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from the utilization of genetic resources, thereby contributing to the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity."

REMAKING THE WORLD ECONOMY   

"This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for the at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution,” Christiana Figueres , who heads up the U.N.’s Framework Convention on Climate Change, told reporters in February.

CHANGE THE ECONOMIC STRUCTURE OF THE WORLD?

CREATE "UTOPIA"? The promise is always the same – the elite financiers swear that they have finally figured out how to create a perfect society without poverty or war.  But in the end all of these attempts at utopia always end up degenerating into extreme forms of tyranny.


ANCIENT BABYLON WAS THE FIRST SUCH ATTEMPT AT "UTOPIA"...LOOK  HOW THAT TURNED OUT!  

Thanks to a series of interlocking treaties and international agreements, the governance of this planet is increasingly becoming globalized and centralized, but most people don’t seem alarmed by this at all. 

In the past 30 days, we have seen some of the biggest steps toward a one world government, a one world economy and a one world religion that we have ever witnessed, but these events have sparked very little public discussion or debate.

From September 25th to September 27th, the United Nations launched a “new universal agenda” for humanity. Those are not my words, they actually come directly out of the core document for this new agenda.

The Pope traveled to New York City to give the address that kicked off this conference, thus giving his considerable endorsement to this new plan. Virtually every nation on the entire planet willingly signed up for the 17 goals that are included in this plan, but this stunning turn of events made very few international headlines.

The United Nations is promising that if we all work together that we can turn our planet into some kind of “utopia”, but the truth is that all of this talk about “unity” masks a very insidious agenda. 

The UN is not asking permission, but issuing a command that the entire planet will commit to 17 sustainable development goals and 169 sustainable development targets designed to radically transform our world by 2030. The UN 2030 plan promoted by the Pope will advance Agenda 21 on steroids. 

NONETHELESS, OBAMA SIGNED US UP FOR THIS WHEN IT BECAME "THE PARIS ACCORD" in 2016.


"A recent study by the Heritage Foundation projected that the Paris agreement and resulting policies would have increased electricity costs for a family of four between 13 and 20 percent annually. The study also projected American families would see over $20,000 of lost income by year 2035. Such regressive policy hits the nation’s most vulnerable hardest, who ironically are the same people Obama used to justify the deal.
 
The Paris debacle was also slated to reduce U.S. GDP by over $2.5 trillion, and result in an average shortfall of nearly 400,000 jobs by 2035. Of the 400,000 jobs lost, an estimated 200,000 would have been in the manufacturing sector. Meaning Americans would also have seen the costs of consumer goods such as electronics, paper products, and apparel increase, inevitably taking more out of household income."
The true agenda of Agenda 21 is to establish a global government, global economic system, and global 'religion'.

When UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon spoke of “a dream of a world of peace and dignity for all” this is no different than when the Communists promised the people a “workers paradise.”

We are being trained to think of ourselves as “global citizens” that belong to a “global community”. Decades ago, most Americans would have been up in arms over something like this. But now most people just seem to accept these changes passively.

The United Nations is a de facto global government and does not rule by the “consent of the governed.” 

The United Nations is a global government to which American politicians of both parties have surrendered our Constitutional rights. 

Another way that our planet is being “united” is through the use of international trade agreements.

The ultimate goal is for the entire world to become a “single market” with uniform laws, rules and regulations. 

But as we merge our economy with the rest of the globe, the United States has been losing tens of thousands of businesses and millions of jobs as the monolithic corporations that now dominate our economy shift production to areas where labor is much cheaper. 

This is absolutely destroying the middle class, but very few people seem to care.

THE GREAT DECLINE OF AMERICAN BUSINESSES BEGAN WITH NAFTA AND HAS GONE DOWNHILL EVER SINCE.

AS FOR RELIGION, THE 'NEW' POPE, LIKE HIS PREDECESSOR,  HAS BEEN BUSY "UNITING" CATHOLICISM WITH ISLAM AND TEACHING HIS 'FLOCK' THAT "WE ALL WORSHIP THE SAME GOD".

The pope authorized “Islamic prayers and readings from the Quran” at the Vatican for the first time in history back in 2014.

For some, the goal of a “united planet” where we are all working together to eradicate things like poverty, war and disease makes all the sense in the world.

For others, a one world government, a one world economy and a one world religion would simply mean setting the stage for “one world tyranny”.

"Article 25 of the Convention mandates that the GBA be used to write the implementing language for the treaty. 

Section 13.4.2.2.3 of the GBA calls for "representative areas of all major ecosystems in a region...be reserved, that blocks should be as large as possible, that buffer zones should be established around core areas, and that corridors...connect these areas. 

This basic design is central to the recently proposed Wildlands Project in the United States, a controversial long-term strategy...to expand natural habitats and corridors to cover as much as 30% of the U.S. land area."

ALL U.S. LANDS WILL BE MANAGED BY THE U.N.

"While this effort has a noble mission, the implications are staggering. As noted in the June 25, 1993 issue of Science, it "is nothing less than the transformation of America to an archipelago of human inhabited islands surrounded by natural areas. 

Although 100 million acres of core area might be required for 1000 wolves, the total land area of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, is only 71 million acres. 

It would mean the nationalization of private land through regulation or other means, forcing people to move to areas zoned for occupation, and possibly shutting down half of the agriculture, forest products, and mining industries--all resulting in massive unemployment. 

Scarce resources mean the rest of us are going to pay double and triple for products made from these resources like food, toilet paper, and automobiles."

BY 2030, THE WORLD WILL BE "UNITED" UNDER MANDATE OF THE U.N. AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY A U.N. "COMMISSION".

WHAT BETTER PLOY TO CONQUER THE WORLD THAN TO SCREAM THEY CAN SAVE IT?

The environment is a perfect vehicle for the elite to use to bring in their version of utopia, because just about every possible form of human activity affects the environment in some way.  Ultimately, they hope to centrally plan and strictly regulate virtually everything that we do, and we will be told that it is necessary to “save the planet”.  

THERE'S ONE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THAT...

 If the United Nations was created for peace and stability, why would the same parties fund both sides of the war?

The super-rich who began the U.N. and are key contributors to the initial FUNDING for the U.N. also financed the Third Reich.
Was it just for profit, since, after all, they WERE businessmen, or did they want to create WAR, in order to recreate government bodies inside nations that would control our entire planet? 

The United Nations has branched off into many other all-controlling branches, like the World Health Organization, which has other branches within it like Codex Alimentarius to be enforced by the Food and Drug Administration.

At every turn, when we look at the "branches" of the U.N. and "follow the money", it all leads right back to a global elite who control the world's money and thereby control the world.

Control the money, control the food, control the water resources of nations who want loans from the World Bank, control everything...vaccines, sterilizations, humanitarian aid or none, everything.

We belong to the U.N.

America died without even a whimper from her citizens...her uninformed, blinded, dumbed-down people, the majority of whom have not yet heard or read about America being handed over to U.N. rule.
Most won't even know what Agenda 2030 or 'Covenant 2015' means or what it all means in terms of a serious restructuring of land use and even freedom of movement in America.

By 2030, ALL WILL KNOW!
The Bureau of Land Management has already begun taking lands out in the western U.S., with Texas being especially hard-hit, it seems. 

One rancher is battling to keep over 600 acres that his family has held deed and title to for generations.
He isn't the only one by any means! 
"The subject of dispute is a 116-mile stretch of land along the Red River.

Basically, the BLM claims that the land are actually public lands, because the river’s

course  has changed.

The issue here, though, is whether the Red River’s banks have moved

through gradual erosion, or whether it was a process called avulsion, where the

river’s banks change suddenly because of a flood or another catastrophic event. 

When that’s the cause of the change, the land rights aren’t affected.   

Texas General Land Office (GLO) Commissioner Jerry Patterson said last year that

“the BLM always assumes that it’s avulsive when it works to their advantage, and that

it’s erosion when it works to their advantage.”

Patterson argues that, if the Bureau of Land Management wants that land, they’ll

have to prove that it was erosion that changed the course of the river."

Ken Aderholt’s land, consisting of 1,200-plus acres near the Red River within a stone’s throw of Oklahoma, has been in his family for 70 years. He has the title to it. He has worked it. He wants to turn the ranch over to his sons someday for their livelihood.

Then, an employee from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) called Aderholt to explain the bureau had redefined its land boundaries–and now half of his acreage belongs to the government.
