DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE John Ratcliffe said the laptop is NOT a Russian disinformation campaign.
“Hunter Biden’s laptop is NOT part of some Russian disinformation campaign,” Ratcliffe told Fox News. “It’s funny that some of the people who complain the most about intelligence being politicized are the ones politicizing the intelligence.
“Unfortunately, it is Adam Schiff who said the intelligence community believes the Hunter Biden laptop and emails on it are part of a Russian disinformation campaign.”
Ratcliffe clarified that NO SUCH intelligence supporting the claim was shared with Schiff.
“Let me be clear: The intelligence community DOESN'T believe that because there is NO intelligence that supports that,” Ratcliffe continued. “And we have shared NO intelligence with Adam Schiff or any member of Congress.”
In short, Schiff lied about Russia before and he is still lying.
The FBI subpoena of Hunter Biden’s computer and hard drive came in connection with one of their money-laundering investigations, according to documents obtained by Fox News.
THE ABOVE DOCUMENT SHOWS THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE LAPTOP AND HARD DRIVE THAT THE FBI CONFISCATED.
The 2019 documents were verified by multiple federal law enforcement and government officials who reviewed them.
According to multiple officials, and the FBI’s own website, “272” is the bureau’s classification for money laundering, while “272D” refers to “Money Laundering, Unknown SUA [Specified Unlawful Activity]—White Collar Crime Program,” according to FBI documents. One government official described “272D” as “transnational or blanket.”
“BA” indicates the case was opened in the FBI’s Baltimore field office, sources say.
The documents state that the subpoena was carried out in Wilmington, Del., which falls under the jurisdiction of the FBI’s Baltimore Field Office.
One document was designated as an FBI “Receipt for Property” form, which details the bureau’s interactions with the owner of “The Mac Shop” who reported the laptop’s contents to authorities.
“The FBI cannot open a case without predication, so they believed there was predication for criminal activity,” a government official told Fox News. “This means there was sufficient evidence to believe that there was criminal conduct.”
Another document, obtained by Fox News, was a subpoena sent to Isaac to testify before U.S. District Court in Delaware on Dec. 9, 2019.
One page of the subpoena shows what appears to be serial numbers for a laptop and hard drive taken into possession.
“If a criminal case was opened and subpoenas were issued, that means there is a high likelihood that both the laptop and hard drive contain fruits of criminal activity,” the official said.
Fox News first reported on Tuesday evening that the FBI is in possession of the laptop in question.

The senate report noted that “starting on Aug. 8, the same day the $5 million was received, and continuing through Sept. 25, 2018, Hudson West III sent frequent payments to Owasco, Hunter Biden’s firm.
These payments, which were described as consulting fees, reached $4,790,375.25 in just over a year.”
Less than a week later, Owasco started moving money to James Biden’s consulting firm, Lion Hall Group, according to the report.
“Between Aug. 14, 2017 and Aug. 3, 2018, Owasco sent 20 wires totaling $1,398,999 to the Lion Hall Group, a consulting firm that lists James Biden and his wife, Sara Biden, on the bank account. This transaction was identified for potential criminal financial activity,” the report stated.

Big money flowing to Hunter Biden triggered alarm bells at banks as “potential criminal financial activity,” according to a Senate investigation released Wednesday. - The Senate investigation cited numerous transactions that banks flagged in reports to the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network.
In one of the transactions, Chinese billionaire Ye Jianming’s company sent $100,000 to Hunter’s law firm, according to the report.
In another transaction, Chinese financier Gongwen Dong opened a line of credit with Hunter, which Hunter Biden, James Biden and James’s wife Sara used for a $100,000 spending spree, the report stated. Another flagged transaction involved Hunter’s law firm and Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company on whose board Hunter sat from April 2014 until April 2019.
Burisma began sending regular payments to Owasco in January 2016, according to the report. The payments “continued throughout most of 2016 and ceased eight days after Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the Nov. 8, 2016 presidential election,” the report stated.
“Between Jan. 25, 2016, and Nov. 16, 2016, Burisma sent nine wires totaling $752,054.99 to Owasco, Hunter Biden’s firm, with each of the nine transactions listing ‘Owasco, PC/Robert Biden’ as the recipient,” the report stated, noting that the payments “were identified for potential financial criminal activity.”
HUNTER'S FULL NAME IS ROBERT HUNTER BIDEN.
"Feb. 14, 2014, Baturina wired $3.5 million to a Rosemont Seneca Thornton bank account for a ‘Consultancy Agreement,’" the report says. "Rosemont Seneca Thornton is an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden."
The report also said that Rosemont Seneca Thorton served as a pass-through for Baturina’s investments in a Chinese-based tech start-up in Buffalo, N.Y.
Among the Senate report’s key findings is the not so new 'news' that Hunter Biden paid women involved in a prostitution or human trafficking ring.
"Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an ‘Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring,’" the report says.
The report cites "questionable financial transactions involving Hunter Biden, other members of the Biden family, and their associations with foreign nationals" from questionable backgrounds "that have been identified as being consistent with a range of criminal activities, including but not limited to organized prostitution and/or human trafficking."
There is a footnote at this point in the report that says "there is extensive reporting concerning Hunter Biden’s alleged involvement with prostitution services."
However, the report then says that "records on file with the committee do not directly confirm or refute these individual reports."
"They do confirm that Hunter Biden sent thousands of dollars to individuals who have either: 1) been involved in transactions consistent with possible human trafficking; 2) an association with the adult entertainment industry; or 3) potential association with prostitution," the report says.
"Some recipients of those funds are Ukraninan and Russian citizens living in the U.S. .
The records note that it is a documented fact that Hunter Biden has sent funds to non-resident alien women in the United States who are citizens of Russia or Ukraine. The records also note that some of these transactions are linked to what ‘appears to be an Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.’"
