Ukraine Launches CRIMINAL Proceedings Against Joe Biden Over Firing of Prosecutor Viktor Shokin

After leaving office in 2017, former Vice President Joe Biden bragged about strong-arming the government of Ukraine to fire its top prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

In January, 2020, fired Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin filed an official complaint against Joe Biden for interference in Ukraine’s legal proceedings.

SHOKIN STATED: "According to the conclusions of the International Law Association of 18.04.2017, made by the doctor of law, Professor O.O. Merezhko, at the time vice-president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, the request of the Vice-President of the United States Joseph Biden concerning my ousting from the post of the Attorney General of Ukraine as a condition for the granting of financial (economic) assistance is qualified as pressure, which represents interference in the internal affairs of Ukraine on the part of a foreign power in violation of one of the principles of international law."

FOREIGN POWER INTERVENTION IN UKRAINE'S GOVERNMENT? 

The French news source, 'LesCrises', which had been conducting its own Biden/Ukraie investigation, published the complaint. 

Biden made the remarks during a taped meeting of CFR, foreign policy specialists. Biden said he, threatened Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in March, 2016, that the Obama administration would pull $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, sending the former Soviet republic toward insolvency, if it didn’t immediately fire Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. 

Biden suggested during his talk to Poroshenko AND to his CFR friends that Barack Obama backed him 100% on the threat, which would make Obama as guilty as Joe.   

TODAY, Twitter, Politifacts and others are denying that old Joe ever made such a threat, even though he was caught ON TAPE bragging about it.

Federal authorities are investigating if emails allegedly discovered on a laptop at a Delaware repair shop discussing Democratic nominee Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden’s activities in Ukraine were connected to a foreign intelligence operation, NBC News reported Thursday night.

NBC continues: “Throughout the interview, Mac Isaac switched back and forth from saying he reached out to law enforcement after viewing the files in the laptop to saying that it was actually the FBI that contacted him,” the Beast wrote. NBC News has reached out to Isaac but has not heard back. 

WAKE UP, NBC! He did reach out to law enforcement.
AFTER THAT, the FBI (which may or may not actually 'enforce' laws) simply got a subpoena and grabbed the computer. 

It's okay, NBC, now the good little puppets at FBI have the laptop and will make sure it goes wherever Hillary's & Weiner's went, wherever their own 15 or so wiped cellphones went. They'll take care of whomever CIA says take care of...which is always some Democrat. 

The FBI subpoena to grab the laptop came AFTER the New York Post's reports about receiving a hard drive from a laptop purportedly owned by Hunter Biden. The computer, bearing a Beau Biden Foundation sticker, was left at a Delaware repair shop but was never picked up.

The FBI took the laptop and a hard drive through a grand jury subpoena.

The subpoena was later published by the New York Post.

The FBI declined to comment on the reported probe, citing its standard practice of not confirming or denying an investigation.

The New York Post published several stories about the alleged emails, including one that hinted at a meeting between Joe Biden and Vadym Pozharsky an adviser for the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, where Hunter Biden served on the board. 

The meeting described in the email between the Bidens and  Pozharsky came less than a year before Joe Biden pressured former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to fire a prosecutor who was reportedly investigating Burisma in return for a $1 billion U.S. loan guarantee. 

The Biden campaign has maintained the meeting did not occur.

The Post faced criticism and questions about sourcing for the story, prompting Twitter and Facebook to limit sharing of the article. Twitter said that the article violated its hacked materials policy. It is unclear what led Facebook to limit the article. The move prompted backlash from Republican lawmakers against the tech giants.

The New York Post said the repair shop owner, identified by the Daily Beast as John Paul Mac Isaac, informed the FBI and a Giuliani associate the laptop belonged to Hunter Biden.

“Before turning over the gear, the shop owner says, he made a copy of the hard drive and later gave it to former Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello,” the Post said. “Steve Bannon, former adviser to President Trump, told The Post about the existence of the hard drive in late September and Giuliani provided The Post with a copy of it on Sunday.”

News organizations have not been able to authenticate the emails published by the Post as of Thursday night.

NBC NOTED: “Other material extracted from the computer,” the Post wrote, “includes a raunchy, 12-minute video that appears to show Hunter, who’s admitted struggling with addiction problems, smoking crack while engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman, as well as numerous other sexually explicit images.”

Many commentators have said it is hard to believe that Hunter Biden would abandon a Mac laptop full of incriminating information at a repair shop."   

The shop owner has admitted that he couldn’t positively identify the customer who brought the water-damaged laptop to his shop as Hunter Biden. 
But, WHO, then, made that video that PURPORTEDLY DOES show Hunter smoking crack, etc? 
WHO ELSE would have such a video on a laptop? 

The New York Times reported in January that Burisma was hacked in an effort by Russia [AN EFFORT TO DO WHAT?], and the newspaper reported Thursday that U.S. intelligence predicted that the emails retrieved in the hack would be leaked in October.

The Washington Post reported Thursday evening that U.S. intelligence officials warned Trump that Giuliani was the target of an influence campaign conducted by Russian intelligence.

The 87-page report stated that Obama administration officials “knew” that Hunter Biden’s position on the board of Burisma was “problematic” and that it interfered “in the efficient execution of policy with respect to Ukraine.     

“This investigation has illustrated the extent to which officials within the Obama administration ignored the glaring warning signs when the vice president’s son joined the board of a company owned by a corrupt Ukrainian oligarch,” the report’s executive summary stated.  

Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson and Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley said their investigation has “faced many obstacles” from Democrats on their committees and that executive agencies “failed to comply with document requests.”

“Even though Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma’s board cast a shadow over the work of those advancing anti-corruption reforms in Ukraine, the Committees are only aware of two individuals who raised concerns to their superiors,” the Senate report stated. 

“Despite the efforts of these individuals, their concerns appear to have fallen on deaf ears.”

The report stated that State Department official George Kent, who testified during Trump’s impeachment hearings last year, and Amos Hochstein, the former U.S. special envoy and coordinator for International Energy Affairs, raised concerns to the former vice president’s office.

The report also stated that Hunter Biden “formed significant and consistent financial relationships” with the founder of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky, and that his and his business partner Devon Archer’s firms “made millions of dollars from that association” while his father was vice president.

The Senate committees also revealed in the report that they obtained records from the U.S. Treasury Department, which “show potential criminal activity relating to transactions among and between Hunter Biden, his family, and his associates with Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh and Chinese nationals.”
The committees stated that they received records that Hunter Biden “sent thousands of dollars” to individuals who have “either been involved in transactions consistent with possible human trafficking; an association with the adult entertainment industry; or potential association with prostitution.”

“Some recipients of those funds are Ukrainian or Russian citizens,” the report states, adding that “the records note that it is a documented fact that Hunter Biden has sent funds to non-resident alien women in the United States who are citizens of Russia and Ukraine and who have subsequently wired funds they have received from Hunter Biden to individuals located in Russia and Ukraine.”

“The records also note that some of these transactions are linked to what ‘appears to be an Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring,’” the report stated.

Meanwhile, the report states that Senate investigators found millions of dollars in “questionable financial transactions” between Hunter Biden and his associates and foreign individuals, including the wife of the former mayor of Moscow as well as individuals with ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

The report goes further and alleges that not just Hunter Biden but other members of the Biden family “were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments across the globe.”

In one instance, the report stated that Hunter Biden “opened a bank account” with a Chinese national linked to China’s communist government, which “financed a $100,000 global spending spree” for the former vice president’s brother, James Biden, and his wife, Sara Biden.

Trump was acquitted on both articles of impeachment – abuse of power and obstruction of Congress – in February.

Hunter Biden got a million-dollar-plus board position with a company in an industry of which he had zero knowledge, in a country with which he had no familiarity, solely for that foreign company’s purpose of buying a sitting American vice president who had been made the point man on foreign policy with that country by a sitting U.S. President who had made several efforts to undermine Ukraine's elected government. 

Obama has been accused of aiding the coup and massacre in Ukraine. 

Old Joe has also bragged about his part in making the Ukrainian President flee the country.  

By Biden’s own account, in his book, "Promise Me, Dad", published in 2017, it was his pressure that prompted Yanukovych to flee: 

“I made the last of many urgent calls to Yanukovych in late February of 2014, when his snipers were assassinating Ukrainian citizens by the dozens (the infamous Maidan Massacre) and we had credible reports that he was contemplating an even more vicious crackdown. I had been warning him for months to exercise restraint in dealing with his citizens, but on this night, three months into the demonstrations, I was telling him it was over; time for him to call off his gunmen and walk away. His only real supporters were his political patrons and his operators in the Kremlin, I reminded him, and he shouldn’t expect his Russian friends to rescue him from this disaster. Yanukovych had lost the confidence of the Ukrainian people, I said, and he was going to be judged harshly by history if he kept killing them. The disgraced president fled Ukraine the next day…”

Biden appears proud of his role in 'deposing' both a Ukrainian prosecutor general in 2016 and the President of Ukraine following the coup in Kiev in 2014.
But Joe, the butt of many Obama jokes on his bungling ineptitude, was just a rusty tool in Obama's tool belt, one he used when no one else would do a dirty job. 

**"President Barack Obama and Vice President Biden, who was put in charge of U.S. policy in Ukraine, wanted Yanukovych out and the juicy EU trade deal adopted, so the siege of the capital and the shootings certainly gave them the blood in the streets they needed to get the old government out and a "FRIENDLY" government in.  

Within days of the shootings Yanukovych was gone and within a month the trade deal was signed by the U.S.-backed interim government that the State Department had helped to install, all documented by the BBC with a phone call by Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland that was apparently intercepted outlining U.S. efforts to put in place a new government in early 2014. 

Nuland stated a preference for Arseniy Yatseniuk to be in the new government, and he was ultimately made Prime Minister and signed the trade deal in March 2014: “I think Yats is the guy who’s got the economic experience, the governing experience.”

It was a coup in Ukraine, and one that the U.S. unquestionably supported, with Biden emerging as a key player akin to a Roman territorial governor from antiquity bossing tributary cities around. 

What followed the revolution and the trade deal was more corruption, reports that Ukraine participated in its own election interference operations in 2016 in favor of Hillary Clinton and ultimately, the landslide election of comedian Volodymyr Zelensky on an anti-corruption platform in 2019."

Alexander Revazishvilli was a former sniper of the Georgian army, and he participated in the Maidan shootout. He says he left in a hurry. “Someone was shouting that there were snipers, I knew what they were talking about,” he said, “my only thought was to disappear before they knew about me. Otherwise, they had me. At that time, however, I did not realize, but now I understand. I do understand. We’ve been used. Used and discarded.”
