BANGUI, Central African Republic, April 30, 2015
THE "ONGOING INVESTIGATION" INTO MULTIPLE ALLEGATIONS OF SODOMY AGAINST 16 FRENCH SOLDIERS INVOLVING BOYS AS YOUNG AS 9 YEARS OLD BEGAN MONTHS AGO.
THE CHILDREN AND THEIR MOTHERS SAY THE ATTACKS WERE REPORTED IN JULY OF LAST YEAR!
THE SQUALID CONDITIONS OF THE REFUGEE CAMP MEANT MANY CHILDREN WERE GOING HUNGRY AND EVEN WATER WAS HARD TO GET.
THE CHILDREN AS WELL AS OTHER RESIDENTS OF THE CAMP SAY FRENCH SOLDIERS LURED THE BOYS WITH ARMY RATIONS AND POCKET CHANGE, AND MOTHERS OF THE BOYS DEMAND JUSTICE.
THE CHILDREN SAY THE FRENCH TROOPS SOMETIMES GAVE THEM COOKIES AND WATER AFTER THE ASSAULTS.
ALL WHO WERE VICTIMIZED STILL LIVE IN THE CAMP, HAVING NO PLACE ELSE TO GO AMID CONTINUED SECTARIAN CLASHES IN THAT AREA.
MOTHERS FEAR RETRIBUTION FOR EXPOSING THE SOLDIERS EVEN MORE NOW THAT THE U.N. OFFICIAL WHO REPORTED THIS HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM HIS DUTIES.
"According to the , the report is believed to have been originally leaked by Swedish UN aid worker Anders Kompass, who allegedly forwarded the report to French authorities out of frustration with the UN's inaction. Kompass has since been suspended from his post as director of field operations for the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) for breaching confidentiality protocols, and could be fired."
WHY WOULD THE CURSED U.N. REMOVE ANYONE MERELY BECAUSE HE REPORTED CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN?
BRITAIN'S GUARDIAN NEWSPAPER BROKE THIS STORY YESTERDAY WHICH FORCED THE FRENCH GOVERNMENT TO ADMIT THE ALLEGATIONS OF SODOMY WERE BEING INVESTIGATED.
THE FRENCH PRESIDENT PROMISED "SANCTIONS" AGAINST THE 16 ACCUSED IF THE CHARGES ARE PROVEN.
ONE MIGHT THINK THAT, AFTER A YEAR, OR EVEN MONTHS, MORE PROGRESS WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE INTO THESE "INVESTIGATIONS".
WHAT IS THE PENALTY FOR SODOMY INVOLVING CHILDREN IN FRANCE?
A SLAP ON THE WRIST?
“For the moment, we don’t know if the facts have been proven,” military spokesman Col. Gilles Jaron said Thursday, stressing the importance of the French military operation in limiting the bloodshed in Central African Republic where thousands died amid fighting between Muslims and Christians.
France, the former colonizer of Central African Republic, sent several thousand additional troops to Bangui in late 2013 and in early 2014 amid sectarian violence that prompted tens of thousands to seek refuge on the grounds of the capital’s airport."
The mother of one of the children told AP that her son was just 9 years old when he was assaulted by French soldiers. She spoke on condition of anonymity so as not to identify her son as a victim of sexual abuse.
“The children were vulnerable because they were hungry and their parents had nothing to give them, so the children were forced to ask the soldiers for food,” she recalled.
“They took advantage of the children forcing them to perform oral sex and also sodomizing them,” she said. “The moaning of children in the area often started around 10 p.m. or 11 p.m.”
Another resident said other abused children ranged in age from 10 years old to 13."FRANCE HAD SENT SEVERAL THOUSAND TROOPS TO ITS FORMER COLONY OF CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC (C.A.R.) IN 2013-2014 AFTER VIOLENT CLASHES BETWEEN MUSLIMS AND CHRISTIANS.
THE U.N. SAYS THAT IT REPLACED SEVERAL NATIONS' PEACEKEEPING FORCES WITH 12,000 U.N. 'BLUE HELMETS' IN SEPTEMBER, 2014, BUT NEITHER THE U.N. NOR FRANCE WILL SAY IF THOSE CHARGED WITH SODOMY ARE STILL IN C.A.R.
IF THE U.N. HAS TROOPS THERE, YOU CAN BET THERE WILL BE NEW INSTANCES OF CHILD MOLESTATION, MURDER, RAPE, MUTILATIONS, TORTURE,THEFT AND EXTORTION.
IF FRANCE IS GOING TO CONTINUE ITS FORCES THERE, MAYBE IT SHOULD SEND IN A CARGO PLANE FILLED WITH MALE PROSTITUTES FROM PARIS, SUPPLY ITS FORCES WITH WILLING ADULT SEXUAL PARTNERS?
MAYBE BOTH THE FRENCH AND U.N. TROOPS WHO ENJOY SEX WITH CHILDREN, SODOMY, ETC, COULD GET TOGETHER AND "ROLE-PLAY", TAKE TURNS PRETENDING TO BE CHILDREN?
"Sexual exploitation, child abuse, corruption and torture. These are just some of the many [PROVEN] crimes committed by United Nations peacekeepers.
YES, MILITARY PERSONNEL CAN BE TRIED FOR THESE CRIMES!
FROM KENT LAW:
PEACEKEEPER ABUSE, IMMUNITY AND IMPUNITY:
THE NEED FOR EFFECTIVE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL
ACCOUNTABILITY ON INTERNATIONAL PEACE OPERATIONS
In other words, putting aside the problems of evidence, and so forth, military personnel should be accountable when serving abroad.
Similarly, and as noted above, in relation to civilian diplomats serving abroad, most countries have also enacted legislation to provide for domestic prosecution of crimes committed abroad by their representatives (again, if immunity is not waived).
Thus, as with military personnel, it seems clear that despite notional ‘immunity’ for civilian diplomats serving a state, there is a reasonably clear framework for accountability of diplomats who break the law whilst serving abroad."
U.N. troops in Liberia and Haiti were accused of forcing girls to perform sexual favors in return for food. Two years later, researchers from Save the Children found UN peacekeepers in Ivory Coast, Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Guinea, southern Sudan and Haiti had raped children as young as 13.
IT ISN'T THAT MILITARY CAN NEVER BE PROSECUTED, IT'S THAT MOST NATIONS AND THE CURSED U.N. SIMPLY REFUSE TO DO SO WHEN THEIR TROOPS ARE ACCUSED OF CRIMES.
HUNGER LED TO BEING SODOMIZED.
WHY THESE CHILDREN TURNED TO THESE TROOPS FOR FOOD IS ANOTHER SAD STORY.
AFRICAN NATIONS ARE USED TO NEVER GETTING PROMISED AID.
HOW MUCH OF ITS COLLECTED FUNDS ACTUALLY REACH THOSE IN DESPERATE NEEDS HAS BEEN QUESTIONED TIME AND TIME AGAIN.
WHILE THE UN USES ADS SIMILAR TO THIS CHART TO ASK FOR DONATIONS, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IS THE UNANSWERED QUESTION.
SOMETIMES NO AID REACHES NATIONS, MONETARY OR OTHERWISE!
THIS GRAPH BELOW SHOWS THE SHORTFALL BETWEEN AID NEEDED, COLLECTED AND AID RECEIVED, AND SHOWS A 100% SHORTFALL IN MOST OF THESE COUNTRIES!
CORRUPT OFFICIALS ALSO SOMETIMES INTERCEPT INTENDED AID AND CHANNEL IT INTO THEIR OWN POCKETS, BUT LITTLE TO NOTHING IS DONE TO PROSECUTE THOSE WHO DO THIS.
WHERE DOES AID MONEY REALLY GO?
"In 2011 -- the last year we have comprehensive data for -- total development aid from rich countries stood at nearly $150 billion, according to the Investments to End Poverty report. Only $59 billion identifiably involves the transfer of actual cash to, for example, recipient governments, NGOs operating on the ground or special project funds.
Perhaps even more surprising is the fact that large amounts of aid money never actually leave rich countries.
On the recipient side, some countries that appear to receive considerable funds in fact receive a lot less than advertised. Our research found that of the $7.5 billion in aid reported as given to the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2011, more than $5 billion was not transferred to that country, and consisted instead of debt relief.
If we want to maximize the impact and reach of international aid, we need to ensure that every dollar is spent as efficiently as possible. We can only do this with better information and a clear understanding. Then policymakers in both donor and recipient countries can make better and more informed decisions, and civil society can better monitor progress and hold them to account."
SCANDALS INVOLVING UN FOOD AID ABOUND!
"The UN’s World Food Program (WFP) claims that allegations of a scandal in Somalia are overblown and isolated. But such problems may be far more widespread than reported, and more transparency is needed.
Somalia is not the WFP’s only controversy, only its most recent and most public.
Its operation in Ethiopia, which is one of the largest recipients of food aid in the word, is reportedly in disarray.
Things are little better in Afghanistan, where reports suggest that WFP is paying two to three times more than commercial rates, taking large chunks out of the $1.2 billion, three-year relief effort.
The WFP has admitted that it inflated its shipping costs in North Korea by funneling business through dictator Kim Jong Il’s government.
In the republic of Georgia, the WFP, in cooperation with four international charities, used donor money to distribute insufficient, inappropriate, and in some case useless food rations to thousands of Georgians traumatized by war and displacement. As appears to be the case in Somalia, there was at best spotty oversight of the relief effort; also, to date, no one has been called to account.
In each case the WFP has denied the magnitude of the problem.
While the quantity of [WFP] food was clearly insufficient, the quality of the rations at times was even worse.
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has not yet responded to calls to authorize an independent investigation of the WFP operations in Somalia or elsewhere. But everyone, even the beleaguered food agency, acknowledges there is a problem. "
CAN WE LOGICALLY ACCEPT THAT THE U.N. CAN'T CORRECT THEIR FAILURES?
CAN WE REASONABLY SWALLOW THAT BUSINESS OF "WE'RE DOING ALL WE CAN TO STOP SUCH ABUSES"?
IS THE GIANT 'OCTOPUS' CALLED THE U.N. REALLY INCAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING ABOUT ANY OF THIS EXCEPT DISMISS AND SILENCE WHISTLEBLOWERS?
DID FRANCE LEARN NOTHING OF CONTROLLING ITS TROOPS FROM THE MY TRACH, VIETNAM MASSACRE OR THE MASSACRES AT ANNECY, ANDELOT, TULLE, LE BOURGET, OR FROM THE POW CAMP IN THE SARTHE DISTRICT WHERE DOZENS IN CUSTODY DIED EACH DAY, OR THE MANY BRUTAL RAPES AND ATTACKS ON CIVILIANS AT FREUDENSTADT CARRIED OUT BY ITS TROOPS?
CONTROL THE TROOPS!
PROTECT THE CHILDREN!
MAKE SUCH CRIMES A CAPITAL OFFENCE!
PUNISH THE CRIMINALS IN YOUR RANKS!
THAT GOES FOR ALL NATIONS AND THE ABOMINABLE U.N.!
FRANCE IS NOT ALONE IN SUCH AS THIS!
TO ALLOW SUCH THINGS TO CONTINUE, YEAR AFTER YEAR, LEAVING THOUSANDS OF TRAUMATIZED YOUNG VICTIMS BEHIND IS CRIMINAL IN ITSELF!
TO KNOW THAT CHILDREN ALL OVER AFRICA ARE HUNGRY, THAT AN ESTIMATED 3 MILLION DIE THERE EACH YEAR FROM STARVATION, MALNUTRITION, LACK OF CLEAN WATER, AND RELATED DISEASES CAUSED BY THOSE AND NOT APPLY THE STRONGEST GLOBAL EFFORTS POSSIBLE TO ALLEVIATE THIS HORROR IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE!
WE HAVE ENOUGH FOOD TO FEED THE WORLD, BUT WE MUST DELIVER THAT FOOD!
"The WFP itself once used to claim that a child died of hunger every six seconds, but stopped using this slogan around 2008."
THE STATS WERE PROVEN SOUND!
AFRICA HAS BEEN ABANDONED TO ITS FATE FOR DECADES.
IT SEEMS ALL THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY IS INTERESTED IN ARE AFRICA'S WEALTH OF NATURAL RESOURCES, NOT ITS PEOPLE, NOT ITS CHILDREN.
